  1. (the number after your Firmware Version, no new3DS)
  2. There are exploits for lower firmwares. 3DS's with system firmware at 9.2.0 or below (not the applet -XX) have arm9/arm11 vulnerabilities which can be used to install SaveDataFiler. I'd suggest using a cartridge to update to 7.X and use rxTools and SaveDataFiler, which will allow you to properly read retail encrypted carts.
  3. RAM Injection requires system firmware 9.0.0-20 thru 9.5.0-22. The key is -XX, which your applet firmware (for the web browser exploit) is not in the range.
  4. It means nothing for the end user of the compiled program. It only impacts people who use the source code to use it in other projects or redistribute modified versions (they have to have the source code provided). http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyUseGPL http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLRequireSourcePostedPublic Since there was no license applied in the past, there weren't any permissions given for code usage...
  5. Install savedatafiler with gateway and export your decrypted save, either via using the cart or the ROM you dumped.
  6. Fixed in latest commit. Thanks as usual

    Feature Request

Obviously it is doable, but should it be done? It's better to keep clones the same so that they can be identified as such, and official checks do not care about the PID. Not happening.
  8. Since your system firmware is 12E, there is no way to update it to the compatible range of 20-22. It is advised to use SaveDataFiler in order to edit your save file directly; just get a custom firmware running (like rxTools) and don't update past 9.2.0.
  9. script file 1241 if I recall correctly the NPC is just a pokeball with a spawn flag, whose script calls a subscript from this file (which leads to giveitem & setflag)
  10. Uploaded latest version, which includes a Title Screen editor. The TwitchPlaysPokemon Randomized Alpha Sapphire run had a bunch of suggested improvements which have been made as well (randomization features).
  11. Still can't run edited ROMS, as I said. You are right as well --- If you're <=9.2 I'd just use custom firmware instead of a flashcart. I assumed OP's firmware is above an exploitable version.
  12. Of course people are trying to find new ones. However, there's no need to burn exploits when games are already exploited. Releasing exploits to the public allows Nintendo to patch them, which would require finding a new exploit for any future games.
  13. Please read the first 3 lines of the Stickied Thread. 9.0.0-20 thru 9.5.0-22 Firmware (no new3DS) Using Web injection exploit <=9.2 Firmware Console & SaveDataFiler Cyber Save Editor & Dongle and a JP Cart+JP System Web Injection works on firmwares 9.0.0-20 thru 9.5.0-22. SaveDataFiler works on firmwares <=9.2 Cyber Save Editor works regardless of firmware but only for JP cartridges.
  14. Intended. 0x60 bytes per flagset, 8 bits per byte = 768. The entries beyond 721 are likely related to flags for forms. I can't remember if that is the case; anyway, they're there for mainly research as if they are set they'd be able to be edited.
  15. Depends what kind of corruption it is. It's unlikely that you'll ever see that data again, but if you had a Powersaves and backed up the data you might be able to extract all of your box contents with KeySAV (or the remnants of the save with the partial decryption method). No way to reinsert unless you have an exploitable console.
  16. Just because it's displayed doesn't mean it is useful to edit. How the Gen6 RNG works is unknown; if you really must edit it, it's not hard to open your sav in a hex editor and re-export with PKHeX.
  17. I've already told you how; install SaveDataFiler and extract battle videos from the same path that KeyBV uses. Then use the tool and reinsert the battlevideo.
