I'm unsure, but I believe that the XDPKM format cannot be used with PKHeX or A-save.

Yup, dates is redemption period of the event.

I believe Serebii's 12 June is based on the last collection dates of the physical serial code (as seen here: http://bulbanews.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Lycanroc_to_be_distributed_via_serial_code_in_Europe)

However bulbapedia lists end of redemption is August, like with this site as source.

Typically in other cultures, Hypnosis is used to hypnotize others and control them (as @evandixon described)

@Purin from what I can tell, the issue is resolved already.
(issue from older PKHeX).

When I output the data from PKHeX showdown - save from set option, it now outputs this:

one represents the elongated/dragged sound, and another is just .. A dash.

ill check if any other normal non event Pokemon are affected about it (to rule out whether Jirachi is the problem)

I think it's related to how PKhex transcribes Gen 3 Japanese "-" (but I'm not too sure if that's really the case)

I'll need to look at the file in hex to see the text encoding.

It's an alternate coloration, yet it's not shiny.

(Eternal Floette itself has a shiny coloration)

1. Wonder card full data with the blank species, and remaining data (unmodified)
2. Revived wonder card full data (AZ Floette)
3. Reimagined wonder card full data (Ash Zekrom)

2 and 3 can be dragged into PKHeX.

It may not have been an exact copy of that wonder card, seeing that the TID/SID is different.

The location data also doesn't match.
Gen V Ash Zekrom location data is 0x9C45 (Movie 11), different from either locations used,
which are 0x9C71 (the PGL) or 0x9C54 (a Pokemon store).
[tho it's possible this information was changed during the Eternal Flower Floette testing phase]
