(hence why both wonder cards are available for download in this page.)

Initial entries of No IVs was contributed by Krskull and 8492, and 3 IVs one contributed by Wanderer1391

It's not meant for players that live in Europe or America;
it's only meant for players that reside in South East Asia, Hong Kong or Taiwan.

HKTW players have access to either a TW 3DS, or imported 3DSes (EU region or JP region 3DS).
Due to that unique scenario, the Serial code they obtain allows  for 3 types of different Region 3DS to receive it.

Likewise, for players in South East Asia, they import either US or JP 3DS,
hence for this event, the code can be redeemed on either device.

@Scried yup that check has existed pretty much this entire generation.

if I'm not mistaken, it appears that they note down our TID, SID, OT name and game sync ID.

@edwarbad23 their servers simply haven't allowed for it to be traded yet. It's a thing that happens

Change your computer's date to the day you want, then import the wonder card with PKHeX

@Jovie have you managed to get it to work,
if no, I can trade you the ones I got that managed to transfer.

I'm not sure what's the problem, but I feel as though the problem is on PokeTransporter's end,
since I was already to import them.

I guess the only way is for you to have a box of them, and see which one is allowed through.

@Jovie I just did a test.
Interesting enough, I managed to transfer 2: Both at lv 68, both untouched (one KOR and one ENG).

Oddly enough, the Lv 100s one didn't transfer (KOR and ENG). (levelled using PKHeX, if that matters)

The data in the wonder card matches the data on Bulbapedia,
so I'm wondering if this is a hiccup on Poketransporter.

Gimme a moment to test it.

try levelling it to 100 and see if it transfers.

what are you talking about?

PKHeX allows usage of WC7 and WC7Full.
 

Also, PKHeX can import WC7FULL and export as WC7.
It can also import those files and export as PK7 (by dragging the wonder card directly in PC slot)

I'm not quite sure what problem you're having,
but this isn't the place for mentioning it.
