Blissey cannot have both Chansey and Happiny Egg moves.
It can only have egg moves from either one.

If what you're talking about is what I think it is,
WC7full doesn't write to the push-back list, tho.
Also, if we're talking about the same thing, it likely doesn't apply to this event too.

Tho I gotta say, this data "overflowing" thing has been a problem for a while, and I'm not too sure how to resolve it.

I've fixed it, with a horizontal scrollbar that appears, if you screen isn't large enough (or if you changed your browser size)

(tho, it appears mobile mode breaks that scrollbar. argh)

To clarify one more time,

do you have your own copies of these (it'll be a great help if you do),

or was it an error message prompted by PKhex?

I'll see if I can upgrade my software to display met level as well, and hopefully it doesn't break any layouts

All the Unowns and Luvdisc appear to be consistently generated by Method 1 for PID.
 

I don't know if any of these can be received shiny, but at least the eggs can be shiny if hatched in a game with the correct TIDSID combo.

Ill look into the Unown and Luvdisc

He may have made an educated guess, cause many TIDs are based on the start date of the event.

Lol. that is a sucky situation to be in.

Well, this isn't the first instance of them using a Met level that is lower.
met level and current level fields were also in Gen 6 (not sure if it was used separately, tho),
and Ash-Greninja Met level is actually 5, while Current Level is 36.
