FYI to anyone who has the temptation to buy this cart, the rom is in possession of private collectors, and we know the nature of these GBA devcarts mean they can be potentially rewritten(thus possible repros) if you've obtained the software needed to do so(though I still have yet to be successful at doing so). Also, the price is way too expensive(worth less than 1k imo), when even with asinine overpriced roms, I could theoretically obtain the French, German, Italian, and Spanish variants of both the 10A and Aura Mew roms all together for slightly more than what the seller is asking for this single cart.
But anyway, I guess it's a good time to post these images, which I've kept private for a long time.
did you merely change the text, or did you managed to change the language option for distribution?

Ok, I see. But a pokémon in GEN III have the language set? Or is set with the language of the HG/SS/D/P/P game when you transfer it?
The language data is already preset in the Pokemon structure in Gen III.
(it would be seen documented as "language" in this page)The only games that do not have the "language" data and "origin game" data as part of the structure, are Gen 1 and 2 games.
(Catch a Pikachu in English Red, and trade it to Spanish Blue, then use Poketransporter to send it up from Spanish Blue,
and it's language and origin game will be "SPA" and "Blue")- 1

I would think it that PKHeX assumed the TID and SID are 0, since there's no other input...
and as @Ruby Genseki mentioned, it needs to have it's language of origin set to Japanese. -
Whenever there's a Pokemon Festa, there's usually events distribution!
(tho right now, promotional material only seem to focus on Pokemon GO.
Perhaps they'll mirror the Pikachu Outbreak Yokohama had?)
I'll update this page, as the story breaks.
In the mean time, @BLACKBIRD and @katsuya , any idea if you guys have at least one free day to go? :3@wraith89 , is it possible to enlist your help regarding translating the details of this ><

This is a zip containing almost all of the save files. I think the Celebi saves didn't work for me. Hopefully this contains something you don't have.
hmm, the Jirachi+Celebi folder has working saves

Both failed for me, this seems o be one of the files that we can't get
yeah those are missing too, but I'm not too concerned with them. (unless it has the mystery gift, then damn; I can't check, cause @suloku's mystery gift tool is oddly treated as a trojan)
Lucky 4 us, the 2006 save for XD's Pokemon, has Tanabata Jirachi from 2004, 2005 and 2006.
The missing Celebi's are the Mitsurin Celebi, which @HaxAras got for us,
and @Afepoke also recently sent it to us. (the Tanabata Jirachi's was also provided there)
I'm guessing the Poochyena wasn't saved, since it doesn't seem to be an event Pokemon.-----
@wrathsoffire76 once again, not a save XD

POKEMON_FIRE&LEAF_selebi2006 (2).sav
POKEMON_RUBY&SAPP_selebi2006.sav
POKEMON_RUBY&SAPP_selebi2006 (1).sav
I'll see if I can grab these then
Those aren't saves. Same problem as I mentioned above (lol)

Damn, sorry i will try again , sure i have these gbfan saves already somewhere
No worries.
In the mean time, I've uploaded all the other ones I could get:@Sabresite: The Negaboshi that Ahiru has is BACD_AU_X, but the ones we have are BACD_R
Ahiru's one: 385 - ジラーチ - 49F976B0815F.pk3One we have: 385 - ジラーチ - 8A9C15B6163B.pk3
Update: In Ahiru save, there are both kinds of PID for Negaiboshi:

The files are not valid. (did you use save link as or save target as or something. that doesn't work)
If you open them in HxD, you'll see it's just html type of encodingedit:
As far as I can tell, using the wayback machine,
for the 3 missing entries I mentioned,
they have no archived link that is working. -

Some of the .zip archives have an error when you open them, rename these ones to .sav to get them to work (It's written on the bottom of the page)
darn.I'll try for the ones I've deleted then!
edit: the ones I dl-ed were too small, so its not correct anyway..
I decided to screenshot the relevant page details with the downloads,
since there's info on it that may prove to be useful.@wrathsoffire76 you mind uploading the Celebi sav/zip?
Even on Dec 10, I can't get it.edit:
These are the ones I've been unable to download:
1. The Celebis
2. The shiny Poochyenaas
3. 2006 Tanabata Jirachi -

It seems like you have to rename the .zip files to .sav to get them to work
?
Not sure what you're referring to.
Everything has been .zip with .sav file inside for me (so far) -

If you change the date on the archive to December 10th 2006, you can download the Celebi files
I went too far into the past (Mar 11 2005), and ended up on some page with Pikachu.

Yeah, none of the Celebi worked for me either. Probably didn't get archived
I managed to get the "no_pokemon" saves on the top of the page,
then I'm getting stuff starting from the bottom.
Got two of the tamago sets, and couldn't get the aurora one. -
Just now, wrathsoffire76 said:
I can download stuff, how are you downloading it?
there were only a few I could download, so far.
Couldn't download any of the celebi.
I basically click on the link, and let the redirect pop-up a downoad.
(using save target as downloads something, but it's pure junk) -

Maybe not legit, but still legal.
Seriously No, that's not how it works.
Legit refers to obtained via normal gameplay, without aid from external devices.
Legal can refer to hacking a Pokemon, to appear as tho it is received via normal gameplay.
if it fails the checks as we described, it means it isn't obtained via normal gameplay, hence not legal.
For example PID-IV-nature correlation is a thing in Gen 3 and 4, and how it is derived is based on the deep understanding of the RNG system, and how it transfers relevant values to Pokemon stats.
and if your pokemon's PID doesn't correlate, it means it wasn't captured in game and it's a bad hack, hence not legal.indeed, GameFreak may not care for it, and it might transfer up. But if you traded it to another person who can view the files, they'll know it's hacked, simply because the stats don't correlate correctly.
I know you mean good, and you just wanna let OP know it's transferable and might not be too big a deal for personal gameplay, but please don't spread incorrect information

Hum I was thinking again about the unfamous unreleased FunFiesta Missions, I remember Serebii mentionned a Pokedex challenge.
Honnestly do you think a infrared or local wireless event can add so much text dialogue to your cardrige?
My guess is that we can maybe find unused text in the game that belongs to that event and build a similar event with that.
It's possible.
They could be structure that holds certain statements for the event, and the rest is just summoning of the story/game text.
Plus it's not the cartridge that holds the data, but rather it is held in RAM on the NDS. -

BTW, there's also a method that works on non-english versions and even VC releases: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2tVVeZ7Th4
There's an ACE setup for crystal, but not as simple as coin case glitch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqD68-2aAjg&t=64s22 min one for non-english versions, oh boy.
Oh, I've seen the Crystal one with Bad clones before.
Getting a bad clone in itself isn't easy -.-
If it's any consolation, if we know the exact code of the bad clone,
we could always use this page's glitch to make a Pokemon resembling a bad clone, then trade it to Crystal.
(I used this GS ACE box 9 to change my Pokemon into FF, for usage of Johto Guard Trick) -

Great and simple information, I hope we get something like this for Crystal and we become able to enable the celebi event just using a real gen 2 cartridge.
sadly Coin Case glitch was fixed in Crystal
so this is literally English GS only. -
I saw this recently! (I think on Serebii's twitter)
Pretty interesting, probably should archive it before youtube accidentally deletes it or something! -

What game you played?
A nonsensical music game called "Love Live", that is supported by Android and iOS.
I liked music/rhythm games like Jubeat or DJ Max, so when I saw my friend play it, I wanted to get it on it too.
It's a server based game, because they don't want people to cheat; they wanted people to spend money to roll for their favorite characters -.- -

In order to check we have to extract the static encounter cro of Sun/Moon like we did in ORAS/XY.
I'll check if @BlackShark didn't already do it.
Edit: He did it here and no routine exists so it's the opposite of Abomasnow where you find the 3D model but not the routine.
I checked and found a Pikachu routine in SM, can any rom hacker check if it comes from the Demo or if it's a new one?
Is it possible to extrapolate the map data from that list.
Perhaps it'll shed more light to this mysterious pikachu.
