  1. You copy the block from base save, then paste write it into your copy of the save. Paste write overwrites the data, hence when I got you to do Goto first, cause you want to overwrite the correct data. edit: There is something else very wrong with your save. I imported the event block from the other save I salvaged. It should not be too far ahead from your save. test.SAV
  2. The save offset link should tell you (a) the block's beginning offset [think: address/location/position] and (b) and end offset of the block. So copy that chunk of data (as per the beginning and end) from base save and paste write into your save. using Hex editor, you can Edit > Select Block to select that chunk. You can then Search>Goto the same offset on your save, then Edit>Paste Write. Lemme know if you have any issues.
  3. Read how to do it at this specific post: Original quote: https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/45984-resolved-looking-for-a-pokemon-white-2-save-file/?do=findComment&comment=233401

For the 25th Anniversary of Pokémon, an event to celebrate Kanto was held. By purchasing a paid ticket, players were able to capture a Shiny Mew. At the time of this post, there is no unpaid version of the Shiny Mew. In order to obtain this Shiny Mew, players had to complete a Special Research line that was pretty tedious. Some tasks included reaching trainer level 40 in Pokémon GO, catching a Pokémon 30 days in a row, walking 151 km, catching 1510 Pokémon, completing 151 research tasks. Various details on this file has been changed to keep the provider's account details private. Thanks to @Beyonder107 for providing a copy of this Mew, as well as the necessarily evidence for this Mew. Original article and discussion: https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/58269-go-shiny-mew/ For this file to be transferable across games without any stats oddities, you cannot modify any immutable values. 5. I'm gonna respectfully disagree. I imagine something is wrong in your process, and I don't know what it is. In my gif, I show a mon moving from a gen 1 save to gen 2 save, and vice versa. It's the same method for shifting between saves of the same generation. Worst comes to worst, export the mon as a .pkm file from one window, then import the .pkm file into another window.

  7. Let's think about it in terms of receiving it on an unedited save file. Your 3DS region is Europe, and language of save is English. Country does not matter. As such, you can only receive English Wonder cards, in terms of Serial Code or Nintendo Network (region locked stuff basically). With that in mind, it means you get English specific OTs (because you can't receive other language variants of the same event). To pose the statement as a rhetorical question: how would you go about receive Spanish specific OTs, when you can't receive Spanish language'd wonder cards, hmm? [reminder: I'm talking about region locked events here. region free events usually only distribute in only 1 language, and you can receive it as-is]
  8. To clarify, if it is a patch, it doesn't contain 1:1 code from the games. The link contained layeredFS files, which contains unedited code, and hence was removed :3 Sorry if that wasn't clear These measures were taken because we don't want the forums to get removed. And just in case anyone decides wonders about oh other places allow xxx and yyy, I'm just gonna correct the record and say: those are their risks to bear, and is wholly unrelated to us. In case anyone feels the need to discuss whether layeredFS files should be allowed, this isn't up for debat; this is something the staff already agreed on. I'm not here to argue, just laying down the facts as they are. Original Poster, I'm locking this thread. If you ever create a patch for this, DM any mod/admin and we'll unlock the thread. :3
  9. There's no point dragging to and fro, it's not like trade info is stored on the mon. (pre gen 6) If you want to input a trade evolution, just change the species.
  10. Open 2 windows of PKHeX. Have window (A) load a gen 1 save, have window (b) open a gen 2 save of the same language, then click and hold a pk in window (A), and without letting go, drag into a PC slot in window (B), then let it go. [you can also do (b) -> (a)]

This is a Wild Area event held by Sword and Shield. With this event, you get a chance to encounter Giganantamax Meowth; and with 5-stars raids, you get a chance to land on a 2% guaranteed Shiny Galar Meowth slot. You also get to encounter the various different forms of Meowth. To import these files into your save, use PKHeX's block importing function. Our tutorial should guide you through it. Our first post of this page contains some data relevant to the importing stage. There's info and some common questions regarding Wild Area Events here. To see other Wild Area Events, here.
  13. Hey @Kaphotics I'll like to ask you about this. Was it discovered that Pal Parked entries could bear different encounter types?
  14. I guess you missed my edit in the previous post. Long story short, it's usually not the program at fault, but the user. Based on your line of questioning, I'm guessing you may consider showing off to others or something. Well, whatever the case, if it's just harmless showcasing (not selling nor impacting others gameplay), research all the details about getting the ribbons and get each part of your story straight. Like I said, it's usually the user who is at fault. Maybe they put implausible dates. Or have the wrong timeline/order of acquiring the ribbon, or misunderstand some crucial fact, maybe they place some other stat that makes the mon look sus etc. Nothing much to say besides that.
  15. 1. If you're playing legitimately, or if people expect you to, then you/them shouldn't be able to view them as files. 2. Where is this meta data you speak of? if you're doing this just for your own sake, and you don't care about legitimacy.. then.. this line of questioning is goes against what you claim. In any case, it's probably fine. I'm not gonna jump through hoops to convince you it's fine. I recall it not being easy the last time round I tried to do so.
  16. yes but sufficiently random. Don't need to fuss about it.
  17. I'm confused. Are you saying the mon came out English, despite you injecting a Spanish file? If so, well, most events have their mon follow the game save's language. Tho it may be noticeable that it's incorrect, if you judge by it's OT (depending if it has a language variant OT) In any case, you should know which events you gotta inject at this point. Ignore the whole IVs and Seeds thing. And ignore changing the mon's date. when you receive an event normally, it follows your 3DS date. But you 3DS could be set to almost any date within reason. Therefore the date doesn't really matter in legality (within reason). So do whatever you want.
  18. If I’m not mistaken, they are stored as bitflags in the game, and that ordering is what PKHeX is using. If you want to order by name, push the PR to github to make the change.
  19. The first step would be joining a Discord server that has the service. The next step would be providing pk8 files of the mons you wanna trade to your Switch. (tho this step is rather easy, just load all the pk7 into PKHeX with default blank save set to Sword, then export them as individual files)
  20. you can't edit Pokemon Bank save file. (the mons are stored server side) You could just shift the species allowed to enter SWSH directly into a SWSH save. If you don't want to hack your Switch, use a Discord with a sysbot to trade you one mon at a time. You need to have Nintendo Subscription Online tho.
  21. For the majority of Pokemon, no. They only get a TR flag set after you taught them a TR. Give allI simulates a Pokemon having learnt all the TRs before. Which for most Pokemon, they don't have access to all the TRs.
  22. Hey, please don't ask the same thing in multiple locations. I've merged them into the same thread.
  23. There was an image that would show region and language but it appears to be gone right now. For Region locked events (mainly serial code/nintendo network): EU Console - Languages that can follow game save language: ENG, FRE, GER, ITA, SPA If game save language ain't one of the above: Default to ENG gift. edit: I added the image into the first post.
  24. You can view you received card while having the wireless adapter plugged in. Unlike modern day games, you can only view the card you have right now, not past cards.
