  1. there's a tutorial somewhere on site, but only if the tools function as intended.
  2. If your device has CFW, you can dump your save for PKHeX to work. If you installed the modchip for your Switch lite, you can install CFW and use homebrew to dump the save. Older Switch models don't need a modship, and can install CFW via a hardware exploit.
  3. I think they support all species available in Gen 3. If PKHeX allows you to transfer them, then it’s fine.
  4. You’re transferring to RS right? It’ll all do just fine. The only difference is that if shadow/purified doesn’t exist in main series games, so moves related to that will be wiped.
  5. PKHeX doesn’t cater to saves from ROM hacks. If they do load, it’s a sheer coincidence
  6. If you’re using PKHeX to transfer, it doesn’t matter what stage of gameplay you’re at. PKHeX would just transfer the mon. Technically speaking, someone with a post game RS and Colo/XD could have done the trade, then traded the mon to a starting (but trade ready) save. So it’s all good regardless.
  7. oh sorry, thought you were talking about RAWs, since we were talking about RAWs. It's fine to just leave it. The event gallery on site and the github is managed by us after all/
  8. I think the issue is that you haphazardly changed their PID, not that you gave them marks. Read about overworld8 PID type: https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/58824-swsh-overworld8-pid-type/ Your situation reminds me of this: https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/58819-pokemon-marks-making-pokemon-appear-illegal-in-pkhex/
  9. (1) Please stop multi-posting, please. Last warning. (2) Erm, good for you? Don't know why you tagging me in this, did you think it was a jab or something? How lame. I'm locking this thread, since your request was dealt with.
  10. Yup, I gave one with Scizorite and a nickname, but they needed one specifically from Route 21. It sounded like it was a recommendation but it turns out it's the only one they wanted.
  11. you take care too
  12. to be blunt, no, I'm simply not interested. I got other real life stuff to do, even across that period. This isn't one of those "let me think about it or let me find time", no means no. If someone else would like to help you within the confines of this thread, then sure, I'm not stopping them. Else, get it on your 3DS, or use my previous copy. I'm not a fan of offering this kind of help to others, cause once I offer something that is remotely usable, people just keep asking for more. You wanted a nicknamed Scyther with a Scizorite, you got a nicknamed Scyther with a Scizorite :3
  13. If I'm being frank, I'm not sure if they got it to work as they intended. (and I don't have the solution). I'm guessing they just went with any Method 1/2/4 PID-IV combo and threw in a random level that is possible for that encounter. I don't think PKHeX checks into encounter slots, so any PID-IV that fits Method 1/2/4 probably gets flagged as legal.
  14. I do but frankly at present I don't have the time or energy to bother with horde encounters. I'm assuming you're attempting to do it on Citra. Citra doesn't really do well with Pokémon. Given your game dump came from your own 3DS, just catch the Scyther on the 3DS then go back to playing on Citra.
  15. and how would you place that scyther into your game? edit: Here's ny Scyther I caught in-game in SoulSilver. It went into AS and is now holding a Scizorite. 123 ★ - Blade - 1F1D00000000.pk6 Well, here are the images of the encounter. And if for some reason you don't trust it (even tho I literally caught it in SoulSilver; took me a long time to find one, freaking 5%...), you could just breed it and get a Scyther that belongs to you.
  16. No, it won't. Unless if you have a really really good PC, CITRA might experience frame drops and other issues. Even then, you could get locked out during story related progression. I won't recommend it.
  17. We have RAW files on our github (https://github.com/projectpokemon/EventsGallery). [Should be under Released > Gen 3 > (language) > e-card .Raws] And there are also RAW files that can be found on the net.
  18. @RedRick_MarvelDC I hope this doesn't come off the wrong way, but it's time you learn some forum etiquette. - Don't send out unnecessary DMs, such as begging for help - Don't multipost; if you got anything new to add, your post was the latest post, and no one replied to thread, then just edit the information into your latest post. - Don't create multiple threads asking for the same thing. edit: Also for the record if you're hard set on a "legal" scyther, that supposedly never gone through any genning programs, gen yourself a Scyther, breed it, hatch the fresh egg (the ungenned copy), then release the one you "gave" yourself (the genned copy).
  19. So convert ECB file to an actual Dot-code image that e-readers can scan, correct? Consider the link below, there's a Raw to BMP section: http://users.skynet.be/firefly/gba/e-reader/
  20. I made an edit, but I think you missed it. Make sure your dumps come from JKSV, before attempting to edit it then reimport into the game.
  21. The video isn't showing for me. Well, I'm guessing you're in a Pokemon Center, tried to save, then the "unable to save" message popped up. Anyhow, restart your switch, make sure the game is closed, then use JKSV to import save, then launch game and save. Also make sure the save you're importing has a functional main, backup and untouched poke_trade (only if this file is present in your dumps) Make sure that Edizon is closed and has remained closed. Better yet, if you want to edit a save, edit a save that was dumped with JKSV, then import that.
  22. something something swapping game save while game is running. Use JKSV then. https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSV/releases
  23. Try importing/exporting saves with Checkpoint/JKSV. I'm assuming this issue you're having is related to swapping saves using Edizon.
