    Not Even Close... PID Stands for Pokemon ID (1 - 4 billion & some change / 0x1 - 0XFFFFFFFF) TID Stands for Trainer ID (0 - 65,535 / 0x0 - 0xFFFF)

    Just a comment, But the move anywhere code works if you change the activators and remove the mask.     Its not a problem it just happens because "Metagross" is long and when pal park writes the trash bytes theres not enough room for trash bytes for legal.exe to be able to distinguish the country it came from.

    Dynamic means that the PID can be different from other pokes from the same distrobution, static means all the pokemon have the same PID.
