Last September, Project Pokémon held an art competition in order to update the branding art for its social media pages, Patreon and eventually, incorporate the design into the site theme. Submissions were excepted until October 13, 2017. After the submission period ended, voting came next. The competition included; BlackShark, wrathsoffire76, theSLAYER, Jovie and Got_Eevees. The community was given approximately one month to cast their votes. On November 16, 2017, the winner of the art competition was announced on the Portal. BlackShark and wrathsoffire76 tied for second place with just four votes each. Jovie’s art received 16 votes, making Jovie the winner. Today, Jovie impressed Project Pokémon staff with a new variant of the original winning submission. We applied Jovie’s art to the default site theme for all to enjoy! Even though Hadou and Aura are the same name, the distribution software was different. Lots of reasons for why that is.

Parasect, Hypno, Luxray and Herdier can't be caught in Friend Safari. Paras, Drowzee, Luxio and Lillipup can, though. But they would need to be leveled up in order to evolve and be legal. Same with Gothitelle, it can't be caught in Pokemon Village, but Gothorita can be caught. Togetic is not a Dream World Pokemon, but Togekiss is. It was only available in BW, not B2W2. And it has the wrong moveset and wrong gender. Shiny Haxorus is caught at level 60, not 57. Nothing is wrong with the Xerneas, it only shows Unable to match a Mystery Gift error because the wondercard isn't in PKHeX's database yet.

There's no Japanese Aura Mew, but I'm sure you just mistyped that. They probably got leaked through Nintendo employees. The distribution devices were likely pretty much always in possession of the event team handling the distributions. I don't think theft from the distribution locations was a possibility until the mass produced carts appeared during Gen IV and V. Because by then any random GameStop, etc employee could take it when the event was over.
