Sometime in the next couple of days when all the GSC/etc flaws are ironed out. Updated exe files are posted here, not on GitHub, only when they are sufficiently tested. Over 100,000 people have downloaded the latest release in the past 2 months; stability is favored over rapidity -- corrupting / misrepresenting data is to be avoided. As for ancillary feature requests, the code is public and anyone can make improvements. Entree Forest can be edited with other tools, and a mass gift converter doesn't fit well in the main program (nor would it be worth adding in as a main feature -- it's something one person runs once then distributes the files. It's like 10 lines of code to do that so someone can script it up just fine).3 points

With the release of Pokémon Crystal to 3DS's Virtual Console, it became possible for players to encounter the Mythical Pokémon Celebi and transfer it up to Generation VII. Similar to the Mew event distributed to Virtual Console of Pokémon Red, Green, Blue and Yellow, the Celebi will have a minimum of 5 perfect IVs. As a result, this limits the type of Hidden Power it can have, to namely Dark, Dragon, Electric, Steel or Ice. As Pokémon Crystal was not released to the Korean 3DS, it is not possible for a legal Korean-language Celebi of Virtual Console origin to exist. (Though important to note, as of present, PokeTransporter allows it to be transported up) The details below relate to the encounter, not the file itself. Note: As per any Virtual Console transfer, the origin game of the Pokémon is set to the game it was transferred from, not the game it was caught in. Species Celebi Nickname (default, save lang) OT (recipient) TID (recipient) Distribution In-Game Encounter Location the Johto region Dates (Various) PID Chance of Shiny Games VC Crystal Lv. 30 Nature Random Ability Natural Cure (1) Item None Moves (ITALIC means Relearnable) Heal Bell Safeguard Ancient Power Future Sight Format Ver.1.0.6-1, Post Updated Date:20180126_23132 points -

Please, always keep a backup of your savegames! To know where this comes from, please read this thread: https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?46883-GEN-3-Mystery-Gift-Research PC Version: https://github.com/projectpokemon/Gen3-WCTool/releases/ GC/Wii Homebrew: https://github.com/suloku/gba-link-cable-dumper/releases/ NDS Homebrew: https://github.com/suloku/savegame-manager/releases/ e-Reader savegames for Eon Ticket transfer (all regions) via Link Cable with real hardware: EON_ticket_ereader_savegames.zip Sorry, I can't make a propper post right now. I'll try to get this decent tomorrow. There are some readme included. FAQ: Q: What's the diference between using any of these injection apps and sending my cartridge to nintendo? A: None. Q: I have a ESP/GER/ITA/FRE game. If I inject the USA Mystic ticket, will this be legit? A: All evidence suggests that the USA Wondercard distributions were compatible with all non-japanese games. Game release dates make it also technically possible to have received an Emerald Mystic ticket on an European game, and we know the USA Aurora Ticket distribution device is compatible with European games (but it only distributed the english wondercard, fully opetational though). - USA and UK games are the very same game rom, so all the english events apply to both, regarless of being European or USA. - The spanish Emerald Aurora ticket wondercard is fine, Nintendo messed up and left Vermillion city instead of updating the wondercard text to Hoenn. The event was never done in Spain, but it could be received at other countries if you used the spanish cart, so it is totally legit, so don't worry, nintendo was very sloppy with this. - Nintendo also messed up the german Eon Ticket (there is photo proof from oficial german distribution that this was already known). I would think so, but that's kinda sad. Fun thing about Odd egg is Shininess + DynamicPunch Dizzy Punch combo xD Sadly, I don't think Poketransporter blocks invalid met locations in Gen 2 data. (I'll give it a test soon). Because it has an event location in the Gen 2 data, it'll be illegal. However, the data gets wiped upon transfer, so it'll become legal. Given that the definition of legal entails hacking something to appear as tho it was obtained legitimately, as much as it bugs me, the transferred copies should qualify as legal, since it'll be indistinguishable from regular Crystal Celebi. (furthermore, it can have origin games as Gold or Silver, since it could be traded then transported, and transporter sets the origin game as game that it was transported from, for VC games) (Then again, you could always start your game with the OT PCNYa/b/c/d just to mess with people...) edit 1: Yup, the Celebi didn't transfer at level 5. Leveling them to 30 allowed transfer -.-1 point

I solved this problem. It was a really hard journey. First, I used the cheat for the first time in my life. I didn't know that I had to clear the space between the PAR codes. Second, the emulator's RTC function interfered with setting the correct time. Third, I found a title time set menu reset code. It is 29D9517BFEEA692F PAR Code. All PAR Code only works in Japanese Emerald ROM. That's it.1 point

Seriously Saul, Event Contribution thread = for contributions, Event FAQ thread = for questions XD Okay, now that I've shifted the post over. As of 3 and a half hours ago, VC Crystal was released in Australia. At that point, transporter has been updated to allow Celebi to be imported, including shinies. (I confirm the shinies were transferred) Tweets relating to topic Of course, the biggest thing is whether the DVs were prevented from being generated as shiny. (DVs do seem random, to say the least) Awaiting for @Collector Togami to confirm the RNG of DVs. Additionally, they derped, and allowed it to be transferred from Korean GS VC, even tho they can't be received there. https://twitter.com/PP_theSLAYER/status/9565314755532021761 point

@Whalermouse Just shift a pokemon around in PKHeX, export save, and it'll correct the checksum for you. Pokemon StormSilver invalid turned valid.sav1 point

Of course, I do intent to dump Dusk Mane Necrozma as well as Mewtwo (and the other bosses' legendaries for that matter), and I should be able to get both versions' variants too (as I did this time with the Rattatas I missed back in UM)1 point

and are formes that have been used since Diamond and Pearl. However found within the game's data, are unused back sprites that shows unused formes for Shellos and Gastrodon. (front sprites not found) The front of Shellos is easy to recreate (since it appears to be a fusion of West and East formes) Having more difficulties with Gastrodon:0 points

They didn't pass at Level 5, but passed at Level 30. Bummer. Celebi with no met level and met location also passed. Odd Eggs without Dizzy Punch passed.0 points
