  2. The harmony scarves are very special scarves featured in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. Their origins are mysterious, and only some of the backstory is revealed later in the game. We can learn a little more through data mining at least. Thanks to SPICA, a tool made by @Reisyukaku and gdkchan that can open BCH models, we can see the in-game representation of the scarves. In the game's ROM, there's an archive file called gimmick_graphic_unpack.bin. Inside it, there's some models for the scarves, named scarf01.bch through scarf05.bch. Here's the one we see in-game: scarf01.bch While this is pretty cool, it doesn't show much more than we can see from the illustration shown at the top of this post. The other files show us the actual pattern: scarf02.bch The other scarf files, scarf03.bch through scarf05.bch look just like scarf02.bch. It's possible that plans to show more of the scarves were cut for whatever reason. Here are the raw textures for each model: scarf01.bch's Texture scarf02.bch's Texture

  3. Hello everyone! I just uploaded some Pokemon DS rom hacking tutorial vids and wanted to post them here in case they help anyone out. They are definitely not high level stuff, mostly a showcase of how to use tools like Tinke, Kiwi, PokeDS/Pis, DS Text Editor, and PPRE for trainer editing. So more of a "rom hacking for dummies" kind of guide. Topics Discussed: Intro: Things to Know Before You Begin Pt 1: Overworld Sprites (including the elusive HM summon sprite) Pt 2: Trainer Front/Back sprites and VS faces before a gym battle Pt 2.5: Easier Editing w/ RECN Files (Aka: NCER) Pt 3: Pokemon Sprites Pt 3.5: Advance Pokemon Edits Pt 3.75: Gen IV Sprite Editor Pt 4: Text Editing w/ DSPRE Pt 5: Opening, Intro, Ending locations Pt 6: Trainer Editing w/ DSPRE Pt 7: Pokemon Icons Pt 7.5: Pokemon Icon Pallets Pt 8: How to use Photoshop and Graphic Gale Pt 9: Diamond/Pearl Battle Sprites Pt 10: Trainer Cards (Both Gen 4 and 5) Pt 11: HG SS Pokemon Follow Overworld Sprites Pt 12: 3D BMD0 Overworld Cutscene Trainer Sprites Pt 13: Pokemon Cries to Pretty Much Anything Pt 14: Quick Color Changes with Console Tool Pt 15: Wild Pokemon Editing w/ Advance DSPRE Tips Map Editing series: Pt 1: Make Your First Map with PDSMS Pt 1.5: Making maps with PDSMS 2.2 Pt 2: How to Import Custom Maps Pt 2.5: Reshaping a World (Matrix Editing) Pt 3: Adding Buildings to Maps with PDSMS Pt 4: How to Make Warps Scripting series: Pt 1: Walking you through my first script! Pt 1.5: Updating My Example Script for Any DSPRE Version If you have any questions, leaving a youtube comment would be a much faster way to reach me.

  5. You may want to check this out. It is mostly complete apart from a few obscure ones. https://github.com/ReignOfComputer/RoCs-PC

  6. So, a while ago I found an archive of Gen 5 DLC stuff in raw decrypted "server format" (no WCs!) on the no-intro forums, shared by member 54634564. I did some research on who could be the original contributor but I wasn't able to find any information. Anyway here's the package for you! It contains C-Gear/Pokedex Skins, Musicals, PWT Torunaments Gen 5 DLC These files are not meant to be used by tools like PKHeX, you can find all the stuff in the Event Gallery if you need them. I compared the contets of the archive with our gallery and I've seen that some C-Gear files we have there don't match. These files are: 003 Twinkle Mincinno (as I already stated here), 005 Earful Audino ENG, 025 Guidance Cobalion KOR, 026 Trial Terrakion KOR and 027 Rumination Virizion KOR. C-Gear fixed.zip There are also default/empty C-Gear/Pokedex skins in that package. These were downloaded to your save file if you removed the skin through the PGL (yes, there's actually data inside, not just zeros). Default Skins.zip

  7. I think JISN is referring to the game temporarily blocking you from going online due to cutting out of trades/battles abruptly, not the 002-0201 online usage ban. I recall reading that there's some value written to the save temporarily, so in theory switching the cart to another 3DS won't help. (probably to deter people from being DC-trolls online)

  8. Luckily I had made a backup save at the Altar right before you play the Moon Flute. I edited and removed all personal stuff like Trainer Name, TID/SID, caught pokemon, reset received Totems/Pikachu, etc, etc. I replaced the team with a Ditto. So all that stuff can be modified to your liking if you wanted to. When I tested it the Ditto easily defeats Dawn Wings Necrozma, but not Ultra Necrozma. I also set the Ultra Warp Ride to circle pad control with PKHeX, to avoid the initial forced motion control. main

  10. If that is the case, then it can be easily tested. Before/After save would do the trick.
