Hmm, that's true. If everything would be made available to the public, not only Nintendo would be in trouble, but also all the store chains they are partnering with. Their access points are all password protected for a reason... I'm having a hunch this could in fact lead to the end of Nintendo Zone altogether. Better be careful here.

They don't distribute anything in wifi, they just like giving serial codes in europe/usa so it won't make me sad if I can get events without having to go at PC

Magearna's event is not a wondercard, there's nothing to extract -- it's actually a hardcoded in-game event. Here're some QR codes, though: Legitimate US QR code: Legitimate JP QR

The method of acquisition is legal (at least the concept is, and I'm not at liberty to discuss as of yet; best if he explains it himself),

and the wondercard data checks out.

Shadowofdarkness contribution is the event itself :)

After some experiences, we are now able to emulate some interesting NZones and get events from these zones.

yeah I saw both yours and shadowofdarkness videos.

I understand that you don't want the key to spread,

so we'll rely on you two for the future events regarding NZ and Pokecenter.

especially the upcoming Shiny Diancie.

Of course, user contributions who happened (or planned) to be there will still be much appreciated!

I am going to add some zones to my homepass software, then users will be able to get some events.

Is there a way it can be discussed privately or something so a few more of us can try but not risk upsetting Nibtendo or whatever?? I wish I could try but idk if it would work getting other region events.

By the way, is Nintendo Zone gift region-locked? For example, can japanese software receive a gift from Spain Nintendo Zone?

And is it possible to receive pokemon center gift? Thanks.

While this isn't a FAQ thread, I'll make an exception and explain how to collect those events personally.

As these events are region locked, you need to fulfill either of the following:

A. Your 3DS is natively same region as event.

B. You're on an emunand that is region changed to same region (we are not at liberty to discuss how to do so)

C. You're on FW =< 9.2, and have NTR + language plugin of the same region (Don't ask here)

If you fail all above criteria,

You have to wait for contribution and inject using pkhex

No, present Pokemon Center events became region locked,

And may stay that way, unless announced otherwise.

Kor: not Nz event; serial code giritina nov 26

(All serial code are region locked)

I think it can be a different region if you have multi region launcher on homebrew but not positive. I'm curious, why can't you discuss emurand stuff?

Edit: no, multi region only works for wi-fi and code events.
