GameStop will start giving out the codes starting on the 1st, right? I want to be sure and not waste time going in before then.

Portugal distributing Mew through the Nintendo Zone at FNAC

Thanks for that info!

OMG, this is what I was hoping since I heard about the serial code distributions!

Thank you very much Portugal!

I just have to figure out how I could connect to NintendoSpotPass6 (which should be what FNAC Portugal is using according to the hot spot list).

EDIT: As stated on this site it seems they are just distribution serial codes via NZ, not the Pokemon itself http://pkportuga.pt/blog/2016/02/pokemon20-captura-o-teu-mitico-na-fnac-portugal/

I just updated NbaHomePass, you can now simulate the GAME Spain NZ and get a code from the NZone App.

Well, I wish I could do that. My PC doesn't have an ethernet internet connection, it is connected via wireless.

Though it has another virtual network card with which I can set up a network but I can't use that with NbaHomePass. The real network card can't be used either because it will disconnect me from internet and the virtual card can't receive.

Anyways nice to see that you updated your tool!

No, you can't.

I don't doubt this at all, but can you tell me how you found out? Is there a way to tell whether or not a Wondercard is "shiny-locked" like in PkHeX or something?

Yup it's shiny locked.

Most events are either straightforward shiny or shiny locked.

There's rarely any events that sway in-between in this generation (that I can remember).

(there were a few in Gen V; I think it was the Kyushu super powerful Pokemon, IIRC)

As mentioned previously, WC6 shows.

Also, I'm praying that they screw up with Celebi's card XDD

Anyhow.

The only legitimate way to get Shiny Mew,

Is from the event encounter in Pokemon Emerald,

That from all I know (and bulbapedia), was released in Japan, Poke Festa 2005,

and never made it out of Japan.

That's pretty much all the information you need to know ;P

I'm looking through the official Korean Pokemon website for this 20th anniversary event thing but it seems that there is no information about it whatsoever. It seems like every other countries except Korea is doing it. My brother in the US has Mew already.

Anyhow, if there are other outlets with information, I'd like to know because the official website says nothing.

Japan is at least getting the Mew if you buy one of the Gen 1 VC titles or a 2DS bundle with one of them pre-installed. https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?48003-XY-ORAS-3DS-Virtual-Console-Mew-%28Japan%29

I wouldn't be surprised if they are also getting the other events.

I also haven't seen anything about a distribution in Korea. But seeing that some countries like Norway and Sweden will starting distribution the codes at the end of February there's still the chance that Korea also will start the events later. Though that's just my guess.

Has the Mew distribution been confirmed in France already ? I've seen Elsesomeone's contribution but aside from that I haven't heard of anyone who got his/her hands on it or seen anything on Pokemon's official sources. In fact, some people even reported from their local micromanias that the Mew event wouldn't be held in France at all...

I'm a bit out of luck as Nintendo isn't officialy in my country.

I saw some people emulating a Nintendo Zone to get the codes, but it looks like it is restricted to EU. I tried and failed (I have an US 3DS).

Do you guys have any tips about it? Deeply sorry if I'm not supposed to post this here.
