So when I go on Homebrew, I can extract my Pokemon Rumble save file. I wanted to know if there are any RELIABLE save editors. I have found one on Git.Hub, but I cannot make it into a app as I do not have Winrar. Help anyone?

I'm at my wit's end you guys. I swear I've looked through every topic and tutorial but the Pokemon are just not showing up in the storage option on PBR- Check Storage is greyed out entirely. I took my save file, copied it into PKHeX, added the mons I wanted, saved and exported the save to the same area. I removed any illegal mons and everything. The TID and SID are all right as well, no weird markings or anything, and are on the correct .pk format. What am I missing? I thought that was basically it? Is there a better way to do this? It does this no matter if I do all 493 mons or even just one. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks! Edit: Below is the save in question PbrSaveData

Does someone have saves for pokémon Alpha Saphire before the battle against primal Kyogre? I need a save to see what flags trigger when getting access to New Mauville because some time ago by mistake I messed up with a flag and repeated Delta Episode, the save its almost fixed, except I can't enter New Mauville because I guess thet flag for it messed up. If someone can help me with saves before the Primal Kyogre battle so I can check what flags are triggered with Wallace or if someone knows which flags are the ones that allows you to enter New Mauville I will appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Thats the flag I think I need to have to access New Mauville again.

Back in the day when I was very young I played so much Pokemon diamond it was insane, I was there for the void glitch, the OG action replay stuff, and sadly the GTS glitch as well. I exploited the glitch (putting a pkmn on the gts and turning off your DS would dupe your pkmn) until my game straight corrupted and I was never able to save again after that. I lost my save and any time i tried to play after that I would try to save, it would save in about .5 sec and then next time I launched it up I would be at the very beginning of the game again. Today I was able to somewhat fix it and get access to it though my CFW 3DS and I extracted a corrupted .SAV file and I was hoping someone could help me out as nothing should have been written over since I couldnt make it past the 1st gym really. I'm working on getting a Living Dex in every Pokémon game, with each individual Pokémon coming from their home region. I'm doing this by transferring the Pokémon using PKHeX and organizing them by number in the boxes. So for each game, I've found some way to get the National Dex early, whether by manual save editing, scripts through PKSM, or just using cheats. However, it seems like none of those seem to be viable options for BW. I can't find any info on what offset owning the NatDex falls under, I can't use PKSM since I'm using a flashcart (had White years ago, lost it without finishing the game), and there don't seem to be any cheats that just give the NatDex. Does anybody know if there's either some way to edit the save in PKHeX, or a place where I can find the offset for having the NatDex? It's a massive help having the NatDex numbers of the Pokémon in the PC for organization purposes. Thank you in advance.

Im trying to save edit pokemon heartgold on my 3ds using checkpoint to back up data and pokegen to edit. However, when i transfer the save to my computer, pokegen doesnt recognize it. Im sure that im using the correct .sav file and that checkpoint is fully updated. My pkmn heartgold is not bootleg either. I tried loading somebody else's save on pokegen and it worked, so i figured that there's something wrong with what i did. Any suggestions? Ive been trying to get this to work for a while, so any help would be appreciated.
