Hi Transferred a few Mons from Gen 4 through Gen 5 to Gen 6. They‘re all breeded and been transferred through PkHex (it says PokeTransporter in the Met Location). When I want to change the Pokeball from Normal to Ultra Ball, it says: Invalid encounter type for ball Is there a general rule for how Balls are being considered legal when transferred between generations? Thanks for any input. If needed I can provide a further example.

I wonder if anyone have an update list ( USUM ) about pokéballs; I mean ... what pkmn can be in "X" pokéball and what pkmn can not I did hear that Heavy Ball is no longer unavailable for tapus and metagross in USUM

Hey everyone, With the new PKHex update I noticed a ton of my GEN 3-5 mons have some errors "Invalid: Encounter Type PID mismatch" and "Invalid: Can't have ball for encounter type. I've tried the latter with different Pokeballs and it still wont work, and I have read about using RNG Reporter and I downloaded it but I have no idea what to do with it, can anyone please explain how to fix my mons? I have like a hundred or so that need fixing. Also, will PKHex be adding the gen 3-5 algorithm?

Okay, so that was my introduction for me to ask for help. As you can tell, I'm more than a bit of a Dragon Ball fanboy (in addition to my Pokemon fandom), but my downside is that I don't understand a more than a lick of the series original language. I got very few romanji down, and even less kanji, and hiragana...nada. So I need some help with those who have a decent understanding of the language. To be honest, I need more than SOME help, but this will do for now. I either need to find a buddy to be my personal translator/dictionary, or do it myself (which won't happen). Anyway, my later plans are to make a site for all the images and a database detailing all the information needed for DBN, like stuff I clarify for my take on the series, things I've changed or retconned, etc. I want to do this in a similar format to a Wiki, though only in information, not in actual layout. So for starters to get my foot in the door, I need some help translating. To start off, for those who don't know, the original Super Saiyan transformation has 3 actual levels: Super Saiyan (grade 1) Super Saiyan grade 2 Super Saiyan grade 3 The romanji for each level is: Sūpā Saiya-jin (dai ichi-dankai) (Super Saiyan grade 1, aka Super Saiyan) Sūpā Saiya-jin dai ni-dankai (Super Saiyan grade 2) Sūpā Saiya-jin dai san-dankai (Super Saiyan grade 3) Similarly, the kanji for each is: 超サイヤ人 (I'm actually missing the kanji for the "dai ichi-dankai" part if you feel like helping =P) 超サイヤ人第2形態 超サイヤ人第3段階 So to finish it all up this is most wiki's format: Super Saiyan grade 2 (超サイヤ人第2形態, Sūpā Saiya-jin dai ni-dankai; Super Saiyan 1 Stage 2) Now to get to my point (I know, it was a long time coming, huh?), I want to create these stages as a part of my "Fannon" for Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3. Feel free to clean up anything that needs to be fixed, I know Japanese seems to be a very literal language so the removal of certain words just to include the needed information is fine, as long as it fits with the right word style (like how some kanji are different but means the same thing, or vice versa.). I know Guested could probably do this sleeping... lol Sorry for the wall of text, I just didn't want to confuse anyone, which I probably did anyway. And also still looking for someone with experience making a website, preferably in Dreamweaver, or anyone who doesn't mind being bombarded with a ton of questions about the Japanese language.

In HG and SS, just like the originals, you can go to Kurt's house in Azelea town and have him make you a specially made Pokeball out of apricorns you find in trees. Which one is your favorite? Kurt can make you the following. Lure Ball The lure ball is made by using the Blu Apricorn. It has a 3x catch rate on Pokemon that were hooked when using your fishing rod. Level Ball The level ball is made by using the Red Apricorn. It's catch rate depends on you and the wild Pokemon's level. If you have the same or lower level of the wild Pokemon the catch rate is 1x. If it is higher than the wild Pokemon's level then the catch rate is 2x. If it is double or more than the wild Pokemon's level, the catch rate is 4x. If your Pokemon's level is four times or more than the wild Pokemon's level, the catch rate will be 8x. Moon Ball The moon ball is made by using the Ylw Apricorn. It has a 4x catch rate on Pokemon that evolve with the moon stone. Heavy Ball The heavy ball is made by using the Blk Apricorn. The catch rate depends on the wild Pokemon's weight. If the wild Pokemon's weight is under 100kg it's catch rate will be 0.5x which is lowering the catch rate. If the weight of the wild Pokemon is between 100 and 200kg, the catch rate will be 1x. If the weight of the wild Pokemon is between 200 and 300kg, the catch rate will be 2x. If the weight of the wild Pokemon is more than 300, the catch rate will be 3x. Fast Ball The fast ball is made by using the Wht Apricorn. It has a 4x catch rate on Pokemon that flee (Such as the legendary dog Pokemon) Friend Ball The friend ball is made by using the Grn Apricorn. It has a 1x catch rate and makes the Pokemon captured with this ball have 200 happiness after its capture. Love Ball The love ball is made by using the Pnk Apricorn. It has an 8x catch rate if your Pokemon has the opposite gender if the wild Pokemon.

Hey does anyone know what ever happen to the GS ball? It was showed in season 2 in the orange islands. But I don't recall the episode that ever revealed what it actually was. I assume GS stands for gold and silver but does anyone know of the episode that they talked about it?

Can somebody make a code that gives me at least 1 light ball?,all the pikachus i "thiefed" has oran berries.

I doubt it'll happen, but do you think they should? I mean we all know the original plot that they wanted to use for it and how they just dropped it. Questions and speculation will in fact pop up once again about it now that Heart Gold and Soul Silver have been confirmed.
