This event was given away to commemorate The Year of Legendary Pokémon via Serial Code to players with a EU or US 3DS. The gift received between Pokémon Sun & Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon will slightly differ, in areas such as held item, level and moveset. This Dialga can only received on Pokémon Moon & Ultra Moon, while it is normally able to be encountered the Ultra Space Wilds of Pokémon Ultra Sun. Having it on the opposite game likely is to facilitate and help players encounter Giratina, as it has the requirement of needing both Dialga and Palkia to be in party. 3. This seems like the correct place to post this. The event gallery has a TON of events contributed by myself, to Insane Nutters project. I'd like credit. You have no idea how much work went into obtaining these unless you did it yourself. Mitsuruni Celebi: Found on a Fire Red save on Ebay. Given to my by a friend, I shared it publicly. Colosseum E-reader Pokemon: I bought the Colosseum E-reader cards and took a HUGE dent to my wallet. I had all/most of the other hardware already. I spend many hours battling to catch these mons. XD: Mt. Battle Johto starters. I beat Mt.Battle In XD: 3 separate times for these. Pokemon Box Eggs: (Especially Pichu.) I spent many hours obtaining enough Pokemon to fill Pokemon Box to get my original Pichu back in 2012. PCNY & Rocks Metang: I didn't originally obtain these but I discovered them online in saves overlooked by other people. At least give me a mention. Un-posted, maybe there's plans. Toys R Us mons: I haven't seen these but I discovered the Gengar, Tauros and Ninetales online. English: COLOS Pikachu and AGATE Celebi. Spent a lot of money, time and effort to get these. Go look for another publicly available set, along with most of these others. I have plans to get the E-reader Pokemon in the 4 remaining languages. Spanish, German, Italian and French. I have a PAL Colosseum copy, I just need to mess around a bit with saves to find out if there's a faster way to do this. IF there's interest and credit involved, I'd be happy to contribute those to the event gallery as well.
  4. Sorry. Cleaned the mess in the first post... Not perfect, but should do it for now. Indeed. This has been confirmed many times. One indicator is the PID Type that indicates that the Eggs were generated ingame... (You should know it! It's Uncommon GBA Type... A-B-D-E...) But also it was confirmed ironically because of a story I heared from someone else. It was about how GoldUrsaring was able to receive so many Eggs. The story is that he was able to do this by receiving an Egg WC, picking up the Egg ingame and then tossing the WC. He then he repeated this over and over... I also confirmed not too long ago how he was able to do that. It's because when you toss an Egg Present Wonder Card, the flag gets erased as well. As you can see in @suloku's post the whole "checkflag", "setflag" process is part of the Script that's downloaded. The flag is actually set right between Wonder Card and the Mystery Gift Script. And when you toss a Wonder Card almost that entire section gets cleared. (Except a few Bytes here and there...) But the same thing doesn't happens when you just download another WC. So you have to toss it before you download another one.

  7. Alright, I haven't really been playing Pokemon much in the last 5-7 months or so. Whenever I stopped being active here. I'm an Xbox achievement hunter so I hop back and forth between that and playing my other consoles/handhelds/etc. But I got that Pokemon bug recently so I'll be working on that here and there when I get time. I'll keep you posted. It should only take a day or so and I work a seasonal job so I'll only be working 2 days next week and then it's nothing but free time until March. I now have a complete list of all the E-reader cards I've got. English All trainers (No promo) All berries Eon Ticket Japanese All series 1 trainers All series 1 berries Decoration Present Emerald strategy guide promo 4 E-reader pack in promos
  8. Last screen tells you to connect both e-Reader and Ruby/Sapphire via link cable and then choose Mystery Events. Did you make sure to have Ruby as P1 and the eReader as P2? Or maybe that thread was wrong, and e-Reader needs to be P1 while Ruby has to be P2. If you can't upload a save file, then would you mind uploading the raw card? I asked for save file partially because I was too lazy to get the card myself and scan it in the emulator, but then it turns out I can't find the raw card either, lol. If you need to figure out the Mystery Gift flag for Japanese FR/LG, I can save before activating Mystery Gift, and then save after activating it, and upload both save files here so you can compare and maybe figure out the offsets. Here, if it can help. First is without Mystery Gift enabled, second is right afterwards, with Mystery Gift enabled.
  9. I wasn't aware of this issue. I don't think it's possible to skip so I'd recommend trying a different one. I'll look into replacing the patch with something more feasible in future. Yup, the heart gauge value determines how quickly a pokemon's heart gauge falls. I'll get around to making a proper explanation for everything one day ? Save reference data simply creates text files documenting details about the game such as pokemon stats and NPC trainer teams. It doesn't affect the game files or ISO in anyway. When exporting files from the ISO, any files that already exist are not replaced. This is to make sure you don't accidentally lose all your changes if you accidentally click export or press cmd + E. If you want to see the file that is actually in the ISO then you must delete, move or rename the file before exporting. The memory card stores data on shadow pokemon such as whether or not they've been caught and how much their heart gauge has dropped but doesn't save anything else. To clarify, when you make changes in one of the tools and click save in the tool, that should save the changes to the game files (but not the ISO yet). If you close the tool and come back and the changes persist then you're good. When you want to actually put those files back in the ISO you use the "quick build" or "rebuild ISO" options. From what I gather you were doing this just fine and potentially ran into a bug. I've uploaded a new version of colosseum tool so let me know how that goes. ?
  10. Unown is pretty simple. 1. Ruby on player 1, Debug on player 2 2. Player 1: below title screen, wait for mystery event connection. Player 2: Hold Select at Title screen, press right once, scroll down to mimic e-card, press A 3. Player 1: waiting for response Player 2: connection done, select PKMN, wait for completion. perhaps I should try VBALink 1.8 again. I'm pretty sure I was in Petalburg (flew there to activate the Mystery Event flag) Also I was using a retail rom to collect/receive, not the debug rom, if that makes a difference.. Maybe, or just swap out egg creation with send PKMN. Send Pkmn probably has the checksum function working, that's why we can receive it.
  11. That's really interesting. I still don't know how to create the scripts... but well, I'm only interested in modifying event scripts to re-create them if necessary, and making a give item, give egg and give pokemon scripts for wondercard usage (configurable in the editor). Morfeo's regi dolls script might be interesting too, since the decorations are stored elswere, but it's probably just the command used in-game to give decorations. Btw, I've went and added a decoration inventory editor to my tool since a-save didn't have one: http://puu.sh/oF3Bo/93e0c088c1.png Current status of editor: http://puu.sh/oF3CV/15c8fb860b.png There's an option to fix checksums and another one to enable mistery gift/event flags (for the lazy people). I'm gonna work on the .ect (e-Card Trainers) editor. It seems the berry one (.ecb for e-Card Berries) will need further investigation, trainer card is all documented so easy to code. EDIT: ect editor is progressing fine: http://puu.sh/oFk84/c2cd0ac038.png Implementing the easy chat system words was a pain.
  12. I made the tough decision to exclude the checkmark for the German Eon Ticket from the list today. The reason for this is that I'm 100% sure that the data we have is not identical to the one that was distributed in Europe. And since we want to have only real distributed Events I think it doesn't makes sense to have it in the list. However since it's a working Script we could still use it in some way in the Tool. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and that I had to make this choice. Also I made changes when it comes to the English Eon Ticket, which I now have separated into 3 versions. The Eon Ticket that was distributed in America, the e-Card Eon Ticket Version and the Eon Ticket that was distributed in Europe. In this case however we still have the e-Card version... Which would count as an official Event and would be "legit" in all English game versions.
  13. Don't know if it's the correct place to write it but here my top 10 rarest Pokemon to catch during normal gameplay (I'll add special gameplay later): -N°10 Stakataka in UM and Blacephalon in US (only 2 of both in one version each, quite rare but there's so much rarer) -N°8 Skuntank in Diamond (whereas Purugly can be found in ORAS and Pearl Skuntank remains exclusive to Diamond) -N°7 Hitmontop in Colosseum Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan in XD (only in one example, very hard to catch, it's the only way to shinyhunt Hitmontop) -N°4 Togetic in Colosseum (only one at the end of the game, only way to shinyhunt it) or in B2W2 during event Funfiesta mission in Japan -N°3 Celebi in Crystal (VC or Japanese Cartridge during an online event, only one, only way to shinyhunt it legally) -N°2 Mew in Emerald (legally only in Japan during an event, only way to shinyhunt it legally) -N°1 Scizor in Colosseum (only one, in Japan with e-reader cards, honnestly which one of you really caught it?) Special gameplay: -Old Man glitch in Gen1 Venusaur, Charizard, Aerodactyl, Alakazam (cannot be shinyhunted) -Emerald Battle Pyramid : Villeplume, Jolteon, Ludicolo, Shedinja, Flygon, Shiftry, Exeggutor, Alakazam, Omastar, Armaldo, Cradily, Aerodactyl, Machamp, Flareon, Blastoise, Charizard, Arcanine, Vaporeon, Porygon2 (can be shinyhunting by glitching) -XY demo: Exeggutor
  14. As Evan pointed out, you need to put it into your 3ds folder. Not your SD Card's main directory. Look at the top of the image below, my braindump is located in (E: )/3ds not just {E: ). It needs to be placed in the same folder as other apps that may have come with your Homebrew files, such as menuhax, hans, or Save Manager.
  15. I seem to be stuck with the regi dolls promotional card. I've tried using this emulator: https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?42433-RELEASE-VBA-LINK-E-READER E-reader raw code reading works. Cable linking works. But I don't seem to be able to transfer anything to japanesse ruby. Here are some screenshots, if someone knows japanesse or can describe how to transfer the dolls: Message after scanning the card: http://puu.sh/oEJpA/44e54bb529.png After pressing A once: http://puu.sh/oEJq8/a857314ec3.png After pressing A again: http://puu.sh/oEJqA/a3312fef80.png I thought at the last screen I could connect trough mistery event (japanesse rom and save) to get the doll, but nothing happens. BTW, I think I should go step by step, since trainer seems to be easier than berry. I'd also like to auto-detect japanesse saves...but this might be difficult.
  16. The European Eon Tickets are distributable 99 (0x63) times. The e-Card Eon Ticket is 30 (0x1E) times. The German Eon Ticket I shared from the Ruby Debug ROM is only distributable 5 times.

This event was distributed by serial code, to commemorate the release of the Virtual Console versions of Pokemon Gold and Silver for the 3DS. The serial code was obtainable by those who purchased either game, and it was redeemed from their Nintendo e-Shop receipt. After September 21, 2018, the code will no longer be given out. For a limited time, a different card was distributed only to Pokemon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, which only allowed One Card Per Save. That was fixed on Nov 20th, 2017. 18. Suloku's been working on a tool for both event injection and editing. For R/S it'll handle the e-Reader stuff (American Eon Ticket, Trainers, Berries and the Regi Dolls )and Europe's Eon Ticket (in all five languages) while for FRLG and Emerald it'll handle Wonder Cards (both the officially released events and unused events like Altering Cave and Battle Trainers similar to the e-Reader ones R/S got). He said he'll release the tool once all the European events are collected from Nintendo Italy. But if you don't want to wait for the tool, you can always resort to things like cheat devices, Morfeo's hacked events or Takasan's tool if you want events for the Japanese games.
  19. Yes, i kept the copies of the saves, for the momento only the first shadow pokemon battle. I upload the saves. I have made a little program in C# where i decrypted the file and extracted the save file data using the algotirhm from the program PkmGCSaveEditor (I'm a C# developer), i include also dat files with de savedata already decrypted. The dat files have only the data of the last saveslot from every save, Pokemon Colloseum save files have 3 copies of the save inside the file in case one or two is corrupt. I analyzed the changed data between saves Starting in position 9ABF there is the data of the Normal E-Reader Trainers already defeated. 20 ocurrences of 16 bytes each one, one from every trainer. Probably it can be more trainers stored because you can fight a promotional trainer with a promotional e-reader card that is not part of the 20 normal cards. The 16 bytes structure is 10 bytes for the trainer name, then 00 01 00 00 01, the secon trainer have in this part 00 01 00 00 02 and so on. The second number is clearly the number of the trainer to show in order, from 1 to 20, the first 01 it should mean is has been defeated in easy mode, i suppose the other zeros will change when is defeated in other difficulty modes. The data of the four special trainer is stored starting 9A59, that means special trainers are stored before normal trainers, this time only 14 bytes per trainer. There is clearly space for 7 special trainers, the first 4 are the ones defeated after every 5 normal e-reader trainers, the other space maybe is used with the special trainers onlucked with the promotional e-reader cards, there was only two cards edited, only one is dumped in raw format. I dont know, i have to check the save files after defeating the promotional a-reader trainer, but i wont do that after unlocking the 3 shadow pokemons. Every special trainer have 00 01 00 00 after his name, that means there is not saved the trainer number like the normal trainers, only the bytes for defeated in every mode (I only tested easy mode, but there is 4 possible modes, easy, normal, hard and endless). Ok, now the fun part, shadow trainer. In the save after defeating trainer 20 and special trainer 4 it changes a lot, not just the names of the last two trainers like the others. I have one save with 19 trainers and 3 special trainers and another after defeating 20 and 4 and it not only changes the trainers list. From DA24 to DC06 all this is filled with data that in the save before unlocked the shadow trainer was everithing zero's. I think that is all the information of the Shadow Trainer, that means none of the e-reader trainers data is stored in the game, is everithing readed from the card, not only the normal trainers, but also the fight with special trainers and shadow trainers. In 1BB0C it change also from 0s to 30 DC 30 C7 30 B9 00 00 00 00 00 00 1E 00. It could be the data of the shadow pokemon from the shadow list, i'm not sure yet. I dont know what is the data stored in this area, it seems a list of something. After chatching the shadow pokemon there is more changes, i ignore those that happens around the party pokemon data and the bank data of course. It chenges in the position 9AB9 from 00 to 01. This are is between the special trainers and the normal e-reader trainers. DA24, in the data just before all the shadow trianer data, has changed from 0 to 1. 1B01F change from 30 to 31, in decimal from 48 to 49, just the number of shadow pokemon captured. In 1B353 there is 07 C6 90 38 09 00 00 00 80, before it was 0's 1BDC5 changed from 0 to 1 1BB20 changed from FF FF 00 32 to 00 30 00 46. Is in the same part of the list mentioned with the changes in 1BB0C. I could be the shadow pokemon list. Ok, the next part will be trying to inject this data to a save without doing nothing in the e-reader room to make the trainer appears. The data from DA24 to DC06 is the first we should try. That should make the trainer appears. And last, a link with the save files https://mega.nz/#!aZtjWS5K!-ofYUkW2_5jpf9PGT3odpEuO49ZTNOwlZimjFY7Df7o
  20. You want the editor to recreate the missing WCs, that's something that can be done with an hex editor (there are not that many missing WCs) using another WC from the same region, and of course we would have to think something that identifies them as recreated (probably changing the ID/background color is more than enough). Recreating the official cards via hex editing is way quicker than a full editor, and with full editor I mean something that can give you any item, any pokemon, trainer card, berries... etc. That's why my priority would be a way to dump/inject and preserve official events, then comes all the non-released stuff imho. Also, I don't know java (which would be great do to multi-platform), so an editor would be done in c#. In fact, since BlackShark already posted the offsets, the dumper/injector is trivial. I'll add support for all those. WC3 file structure will be WC+Deliverymanscript (.wc3) mistery event structure will be script+item (.me3) wc news (.wcn) still thinking extensions for e-trainer card and e-berry. EDIT: @BlackShark, Mistery event script in emerald is bigger (84 bytes), any reason for that or just nintendo things? I'm still reading the thread.

  22. Somebody please move this if this is in the wrong place or there's a better section for it. So basically over in this thread https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?48553-Gen-III-V-Event-Contributions-Thread I noticed a couple of my saves. One of them being a Ruby version with the Nutpea berry scanned in. I'm an E-reader collector. I like legit stuff and official hardware so I thought of contributing saves with every E-reader trainer scanned in, every berry, etc. I thought about it a little more and felt this huge undertaking deserved it's own thread. I'll only be doing each trainer in 1 save. For ex. Only Japanese Ruby and NA Ruby, etc. Once I'm done with the project, I can take special requests. Like scanning a certain trainer into Sapphire or scanning stuff into personal saves. I'm still waiting for them to arrive but I've ordered the complete set (No promos) of Fire Red and Leaf Green and once I'm done with those scans, I can do custom setups and scan any cards in any order. I'm considering taking pictures of each card to go along with the save file. They'll all be in a compressed folder together and likely bundled together. (English Ruby berries, Japanese Ruby berries, etc.) Here's a list of what I have and basically my to-do list. English All booster pack trainers All berries Lady Astrid Gentleman Niles Eon Ticket Japanese All series 1 trainers All series 1 berries Decoration Present Emerald strategy guide promo 4 E-reader pack in promos Fire Red and Leaf Green set Pokemon Colosseum set and promos If I'm not mistaken, the way it works with Colosseum is: I beat the trainers and then a special trainer shows up and I can catch a shadow Pokemon. I'll be making backups for all of those as well as a special backup afterward where you can battle all of the trainers that have been scanned in. As of the date and time of typing this, I only have a few more days of work and then I'll have most of the next several months off so I'll work on this when I can. Edit: First bit of a progress update. I was hoping for some feedback so I won't go much further than this. On one hand, I don't want 100 folders but on the other I also don't like how cluttered it will be with 200 files. Pictures and saves all over the place. I figure bundling them up might be the less annoying option. Edit 2: Here's version 1 of the save with everything pictured. To let people download and use the saves and so this thread doesn't look like some empty promise. http://www.mediafire.com/file/8f75oumtv67l34b/E-reader_Ruby-Sapphire-Emerald-EnglishV1.zip
  23. Another thing to consider, Gen III is the first generation where distribution devices were either flat out made available to the public (Ageto Celebi disc, WISHMKR Jirachi disc, PAL Pokemon Channel, Eon Ticket e-Reader card) or were stolen from their event locations (the Shiny Zigzagoon GameCube demo discs, European Aurora Ticket cart, the MYSTRY Mew carts, the various 10th Anniversary carts). The same can't be said about the Gen 1 or 2 distribution methods. And personally, I wouldn't worry about the Gen 1 and 2 events (besides Virtual Console Mew) because unless you use a PC program, those Mews and Celebis will be forever stuck in Gens I and II. For me, the fact that these Gen 3 events are able to be migrated to future generations is the reason to preserve not just the ones already collected, but the method to generate more. Especially considering some moves are still exclusive to these various events. So bottom line, it's not about the actual distro ROMs (even though those would be AMAZING to have), it's about the method they use to generate the Pokemon or wirelessly send Wonder Cards so we can put that into custom ROMs that you could tell apart from the real ones.
  24. WARNING!!! This romhack is intended for mature audiences only, you should be 18+ or have your parents permission before playing it. If you are easily offended by crude language, drug references, sexual innuendos and other offensive content then this is not the game for you! I told you guys that I was working on a romhack and now you can finally try it out! If any of you are old enough to remember playing Cokémon (one of the first Pokémon romhacks) then you'll love this. This is still a very early build, the dialogue has only been modified up to the first rival battle and most trainers haven't been edited yet. The Pokemon encounter tables are borrowed from Kobazco's romhack and they were originally created by Drayano. I have also applied several .ips patches that add some excellent features and then compiled the patches for everyone to enjoy. Hope you all enjoy it! === Story === You just moved to the Alola region with your alcoholic mom! She's always looking for the next guy to spread her legs for and Professor Kukui has taken up the challenge. Now it's time to leave home...and abandon your mother to travel across the islands, while gathering Pokémon, seducing innocent lolis, discovering aliens and becoming a Pokémon Master! === Screenshots === === Features === * All Pokemon encounters edited, find new rare Pokemon in Alola! * Very mature script changes, the main storyline is intact but all dialogue is being edited and there are lots of lulz. * Outlines removed, making the game look cleaner and less childish. * Eggs hatch almost instantly. * All Pokemon are rename-able now. * Message boxes instantly display text. * Pokémarts up to after the first trial have been edited, lots of useful items including an Oval/Shiny Charm that you can buy at the beginning of the game! * Access your PC from anywhere! Just go into your menu and select "Options", it takes you straight to your PC boxes! * SaltySD patch, allows you to add in your own files/mods to the romhack by just dragging and dropping them into a folder on your SD card. * SciresM patch, lets you use the QR Scanner to scan a PKHex QR Code and easily load a Pokémon in your PC boxes. Also unlimited QR scans daily. === To-Do List === * Finish editing the dialogue, there's so much text in this game! * Finish editing Pokémart items and prices. * Edit models, planning to chance main female character's breasts similar to the Busty May Mod. * Revise encounter lists, add in more interesting "tropical" Pokemon based on location. * Need to figure out if it's possible to apply the Pokémon Bun logo to the title screen and opening animation. * Edit static encounters and in-game trades, add some unobtainable legendary Pokémon. * Lots of other cool stuff! I have lots of ideas and I'm open to suggestions, but don't be mad if I don't use them. === Download === Current Version v0.1 Pokémon Bun - Project Folder (Google Drive) You can download the tools, patches and instructions to patch your own dump at the Project Folder link above. Please note, I only host .xdelta patches that contain NO COPYRIGHTED DATA. ...and greetz to my friends at Nintendo. If you don't like my romhack, well too bad. You won't be sending me a DMCA or C&D notice, I don't even live in a country that sell your products or cares about copyright infringement. The prebuilt .cia is also uploaded if you know where to look. It uses the same TitleID as Pokémon Sun and will overwrite it when you install. Make sure to backup your saves with JKSM! Project Pokémon does not allow the sharing of any copyrighted files or data, DO NOT ask in this topic where you can download the prebuilt .cia or PM me or other users asking the same. 25. I think now would be a good time to mention that in addition to custom Mystery Gifts, I can ALSO test custom Mystery Events via e-Reader. I've had a printer than can print dot codes since August. So far I'm limited to English e-Reader, but last week I won a Japanese Card e-Reader+ from an eBay seller in Japan so that should be here in a few weeks. I'd mention this in Team Fail's e-Reader thread, but it's dead at the moment. Speaking of e-Reader, since so many Japanese cards have been converted for use with English games (Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3) or just made from scratch (these custom dual-region Mod Cards for Mega Man Battle Network 4-6), I feel someone should convert the Eon Ticket card to Japanese. I know there are Takasan's tools, but still. EDIT: Yesterday I ordered a Japanese copy of Emerald from an eBay seller here in the US (that also put in a new battery as well!). I expect that'll be here at the end of the week so I'll be able to test custom Japanese Wonder Cards soon.
