If I change the code to 94000130 fcff0000 62111880 00000000 b2111880 00000000 d5000000 00000000 c0000000 00000001 d8000000 0000c0fc d4000000 000000FF d2000000 00000000 d0000000 00000000 Erase totally the memory except for the MUM number, then the FF byte could erase a number, but maybe is the reason why game freak not allowed us to delete numbers: If you delete the second number, as example, also the next are cleared. Or maybe this happen only via this cheat code. However could exist a solution, a script that before erase the memory check the present numbers (I know that the command that check the numbers is in SSDME 0093 0x9 0x4001 If 0x4001 0x1 CompareLastResultJump 0x1 Function_#8 If 0x410D 0x1 CompareLastResultJump 0x1 Function_#9 Or something similar, then, maybe a girl that offers to delete pokégear's numbers have a lot of number check, if you have as example Lyra, Joey and Buena and you ask to delete Joey clear all the memory but before the end of the script re-add Lyra and Buena. Could works. Or maybe this is only a cheat issue and maybe a new asm for delete the numbers could move the number at the end of the list before erase it. Now is important found a way to delete a number, then think to fix the issues.

I've tried to modifiy the cheat code for have the complete phonebook. Editing the quantity of added numbers with this code: 94000130 fcff0000 62111880 00000000 b2111880 00000000 d5000000 00000000 c0000000 00000001 THIS IS THE CHANGED BYTE d8000000 0000c0fc d4000000 00000009 THIS IS THE CHANGED BYTE d2000000 00000000 d0000000 00000000 The first hacked code change the quantity of numbers to 77, that is the max numbers that you can record (when before was 4C in hex instead of 4D 'cause starts with the 0), after the hack add 2 numbers, 'cause I changed the 4C byte with 01. The second hacked code before was 01, and this mean that add numbers in importance order (I think) but if you change with 0-2-3-4 etc. add for the other numbers after MUM always the same number. Then you can fill your phonebook with 77 MUM numbers and then if you try to add someone else you don't receive error messages, but the phonebook will not updated. This hacked code actually change the first two numbers in the phonebook with MUM and BILL, 'cause BILL is the 10th (hex 09) pokégear official number, then as example if you want to delete YOUNGSTER JOEY (I know that you want!) you can move his number in 2nd position and overwrite with BILL's number. IMPORTANT: JOEY will try to add you again, then the flag is in the same phonebook list, if is deleted ask you again to add him. However the code could be dangerous, you have to put MUM number in first position to overwrite with the right number and you have to overwrite JOEY with a number that yet you don't have. In my case BILL is perfect, 'cause I don't added him yet, but if you already have him in your phonebook you can duplicate his number... Not is right... However I discovered that if a number is deleted or overwrited the trainer ask you to add again. But I don't have a code for delete as example the last number in the phonebook. Will be wonderful found a way to clear specific trainer's numbers, maybe with their script that verify if you added them and ask you also to delete their numbers when you talk with. Someone can work into to discover a way to edit as example JOEY script?

Will be funny add an NPC or simply a trigger in Red/Blue in the glitch city that use the unused trade of Butterfree for Beedrill for obtain ChikuChiku. But in Glitch city 'cause I don't want to add another NPC to my project... I did italian pokémon Green hacking italian Blue and I've restored MissingNo. glitch coast that in the italian was fixed. And maybe in a glitch city (maybe the glitch city that you open when you are called from the PA in the Route 20) will be funny find a glitched NPC or maybe a ball that ask you to trade the Butterfree. Maybe is possible if we know the coordinates of the route 20 where you go when you esc from the Safari Zone gate, add an NPC in the route 20 map and edit the coordinates with the hex editor for move it out of borders, cause when you are in the glitch city you are out of borders.

Sorry if I open another thread, but is a general discussion and is very important. You know the bug of a Kadabra that also if hold an Everstone, evolve in the trade? Only Kadabra, of the GEN I team of pokémon that evolve in the trades have this bug, Machoke, Graveler and Haunter don't evolve with the item. Why this? The problem is in the evolution table or in the everstone item? I've tried to edit the evolutions in Soul Silver with a tool, but Kadabra seem normal like Machoke. This bug started in Diamond/Pearl and Game freak didn't fix it in the next games, is currently present also in Sun and Moon. Could be possible fix this bug in Diamond/Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold/Soul Silver and Black and White/2?

An Arceus caught with the Azure flute can't be tranfered in the bank, I know it 'cause with the cheat codes I've caught it in italian Diamond. Also could be trasfered only Shaymin and Darkrai from italian Platinum 'cause MEMBERS CARD and OAK'S LETTER aren't unlocked in italian Pearl and Diamond. Then I think this Azure flute event couldn't be really legit. -

Nope, I'll try tomorrow, now I don't have my console near to use. However if is only a way to use the save I have also the NDS adaptor plus for upload flash save to a retail game. -

Hi. In my current HG/SS hacking progress, I found the modified files, are ARM9.bin, and other 5 files in the subfolder of the Data\A folder. Could exists a way to use these files with the original games, maybe via a GBA rom that can overwrite temporarily these files in the NDS ram when the original game and the special GBA rom are inserted? Then a patch for an original game? -
Do you have a list of web trading able items? With the GTS as ezample I can't trade some battle items and Razz berry!

Sorry but that tool can only change the price and the effect, if have already one, the POTION, as example, can only became a 200 HP healer instead of 20. But you can't transform a TINY MUSHROOM into a SUPER POTION... -
UP I have a new idea for restore Berserk Gene avoiding compatibility issues: When you caught Mewtwo an additional message advert you that you have found the Berserk Gene and when the Mewtwo caught flag is turned on a new menu option become visible. berserk gene become a menu function. Not is longer a countable item, but an item like the pokédex, that have a menu where you can associate the gene to only 1 pokémon of your party, not become an held item. Have an on/off function, and when you are into communication modes turn off and become impossible turn it on 'til you're escaped from communication modes. For restore Slowpoké tail is sufficient add a menu in the existing key item that show you how many are in your bag, and the possibility to sell it in the shops, key items in HG/SS are however countable, also if is not visible, then the existing Slowpoké tail become a sort of "Slowpoké tail container". Same thing with the RAGE CANDY BAR, but it have to have also an internal menu where you can use it, 'cause in original GOLD, SILVER and CRYSTAL restore 20 HP like a POTION. Obviously have to have possibility to sell in the shops., and in the battle menu have to be an item that can appear in the HP healing slot, with a normal use. At last Mahogany markets have to be updated with the new adapted items. Remain also the need of restore Slot machines routine form a japaneese rom and a pokégear function to delete pokégear numbers. Someone can do something for this please?

Hello, for my project of finishment of Gold and Silver I have to add some wild data for Viridian Forest, Cerluean cave etc. But the asm can read wild data only in the bank A of the rom, but the bank A is almost full 'cause there is also other stuff. There is a way to force the game to read wild data pointers in another bank or move something else by the A bank to another for regain space? Is important, the project is almost finished, with scripts, places... But I miss the wild data and other 3 little things, but the more important is this.

Hello, I've started an italian hack that is a sort of italian version of Pokémon Green on italian Pokémon Blue rom, it's already done, but I wanted to add an extra feature. In the italian versions of Red and Blue the developers for avoid the appears of MissingN°. have changed the shove near Cinnabar Gym, I've fixed it, but however also if I talk with the OLDMAN the game can read only the end of my name, at the end of the trainer name there is a 50 value, the italian version read that value like a pokémon level (level 80 then) and after there are the 00 values of the blank space, then can appear only 'M. If I hack the savegame and I add other values after the 50 value (Like B8) can appear the Ghost MissingN°., the problem is that the italian version can read only the 50 value for the level and I don't know why, in the US version if my name is EMA, due to the M on my name, can appear a level 140 Golduck. There is a way to replace this algorithm also for the italian Blue version? Can you help me please?
