  1. Touché! I loathe the Wind Waker games. I just don't like the style they're done in, and I absolutely hate the concept of "Toon Link" (though Brawl honestly may have had a hand in amplifying that).
  2. Huh... so then, they can legitimately be shiny? The one that validates is. Are the trash bytes being invalid a problem?
  3. I saw it. It wasn't really all that amazing. Sort of a yawner really.
  4. No idea where else to post this, so I'll just do it here. Long story short, I received a batch of Mew from someone I trust a long time ago and set them aside in a box. I was told they were from the actual distro cart (which we've currently misplaced ). I decided to check them out today, and Legality Checker gives me all sorts of different opinions on the lot. I'd appreciate it if someone with extensive knowledge of the subject could check these out for me. Oh, and I have this Space C Deoxys, too. Got it from a relative who said they attended the event, but it seems off. Opinions? mews.rar
  5. In my experience, most people who hate this franchise see it as "uncool" because of it's time as a trend back when it first hit the states. Beyond that, they instantly dismiss it as "kiddy" due to it lacking flashy guns and gore (Halo or any other popular FPS today comes to mind), and turn a deaf ear to any logical argument against their opinion. As for what do to? Well, just keep doing what you love. You can't force them to like something, but you can ignore them if they chastise you.
  6. So, I was editing some simple stuff for my friends the other day and came across some problems. Firstly, I dumped someones save file so that I could get the .pkm of a Bidoof obtained from the GTS that looked like it might be one of those events. When I opened the save in the editor, the following things happened: 1. The party was MISSING three Pokemon, including the Bidoof. 2. Boxes 4 through 10 were wiped and set to the same wallpaper. Secondly, I dumped another friends save file to change some nicknames around for them. Oddly, nothing seemed wrong about the boxes or Pokemon this time, so I thought nothing of it. However, after I had finished making the changes and reapplied the save to his cart, the wierd stuff happened. Some of the Pokemon I had nicknamed were as though they hadn't changed, others had vanished completely, and others were nicknamed and duplicated in the box about five or six times. I tried reapplying the save again after some other minor changes, and less wierd behavior happened, though it still refused to nickname some Pokemon even though I clearly changed them in the editor. Anyone else had wonky behavior like this?
  7. Shiny duskull, Platinum. It took me a few seconds to even notice. I almost ran.
  8. The water is poison. Don't drink it.
  9. I was in about 4th grade or so when RBY hit the scenes... I played sick a lot back then. ;D If I remember right, though, you COULD get Mew indirectly through the MissingNo glitch by sheer luck. Since he caused other random things to appear on the shoreline, and it depended on your trainer ID, you could have theoretically been lucky enough for one of them to be Mew. I could be wrong, it's been such a long time. The best thing ever, though, was my friend catching a MissingNo and it having the ability "Water Gun", NOT the attack, but the TM. When he used it in battle, it apparently overwrote one of the opponents moves with Water Gun. ;D

    Bonjour Y'all

Greetings. How is the ability/class relationship hard to figure out? If it has two abilities, the second ability has the second class. Or am I wrong in thinking this?
  11. I highly doubt that's the case. It's next to impossible to level up to level 50 ON THE DOT, sans rare candy spam straight from 1.
  12. You can EV train level 50 Pokémon by simply placing them in the box. Their stats are recalculated then.
  13. It's no different than saying "you guys" when referring to a group of people that may or may not include females. At least in my eyes. BUT NO, THEY CLEARLY DON'T EXIST traps
  14. 1. Gardevoir 2. Zangoose 3. Typhlosion 4. Raichu 5. Lucario In no particular order, but I tend to spaz back and forth between different "number 1s". Gardevoir has been pretty solidly there for awhile, though.
  15. Sort of? I just hit the redirect. Sup guys.
