  1. Welcome, tomboy. lol We hope you enjoy your stay, like you appearantly have been for two years. ~STBE
  2. I really hope I don't have to say who my first was. I'll tell my shiny history, though. First SEEN Shiny: Gold Hoothoot in Gold. This was before I had the PokéDex, so I unfortunatly had to kill it. First CAPTURED Shiny: Red Gyarados in Gold. Hopefully everyone has captured or at least seen this. First TRUE Captured Shiny: Light Blue Poliwhirl in LeafGreen. Caught at the lake around the Dotted Hole in the Sevii Islands. Evolved into... *drumroll*... ShinyPolitoed. It's an Indigo Politoed. Second Captured Shiny: Gold Magikarp in LeafGreen. I am not evolving it because Red Gyaradoses come and go all the time. Third Captured Shiny: ???. Hopefully sometime soon. That's my history of shinies. ~STBE
  3. The original 3 Eeveelutions do seem the most logical; however, until I hear a statement from Game Freak, the Legendary Beasts are simply the Legendary Beasts. ~STBE
  4. No. It's just I usually never walk unless at school. I suppose I could use it while walking around at school. Playing sports with the Walker might be a bad idea. If you get tackled hard enough or fall, it could break. ~STBE
  5. Why waste my time shaking a little orb when I can just play the game? From the way it looks, it looks time consuming to transfer Pokémon back and forth. I'll probably do it once to try it; however, training in-game is much faster and less time consuming. It's just another one of Nintendo's tricks to get their gamers physically active. I'll stick to my game carts, thanks. The fact you can catch Pokémon and stuff is a nice touch, but all the good Pokémon I honestly want are in event-only Walker areas. This means I'll still use it, but after I get the Pokémon I want, back in the box it goes. ~STBE
  6. I added you guys to the list. Thanks. ~STBE
  7. lolwut? I have an original 60GB Fat PS3 with the latest firmware and have had no problem. 3/1/10. No 1/1/00 or 2/29/10, etc. I'm able to get online and use the PlayStation Store as well. However, I use a Japanese PSN account if that makes any difference what so ever. ~STBE EDIT: You sent me a message on my PS3 about something called "Sodium". What is that? Is it for Home? I cannot use Home considering it is in Japanese because of my account type.
  8. The DSi XL is just the DSi with huge screen. The original DS's is rather small to begin with, so this would make the screen HIGHLY pixelated. The PSPgo is the PSP 2000 series with a smaller screen and no UMD slot. Even if you would download games to it's internal flash memory, you could only have 10 games on it. That's without counting in music, videos, photos, and extras, making that totally useless. Also, with no UMD slot and only accepted Micro Memory Sticks, it means all your previous games and sticks are useless. This makes bakwords compatibly out of the question unless you want to re-buy ALL your games. Even if you did, you could only have 10 at a time, unless you re-buy all those Memory Sticks. I suppose, if you used the firmware 6.10 exploit, it would make a nice portable emulation device; however, Sony has been trying to fix this, so it might no longer be possible in the future. When compared the DSi XL is the better system just for it's ability to use it's originator's features (excluding the GBA slot). ~STBE
  9. Yes. I know there are plenty of RPGs in the PS one Classics section. But I already own the great RPGs for my PS1. Final Fantasies 7, 8, 9, Legend of Dragoon, etc. What I'm saying is that it lacks in the PS3 RPG department. ~STBE
  10. Honestly, none of them really agree with me. The Wii focuses on multiplayer too much. As a huge fan of RPGs, you can see why this is a turn off. The XBox360. RPG fans usually don't like online first person shooters and 11 year old kids yelling rasist profanities at them. PS3. It can play movies and what not, but it's game libary in the RPG department is seriously lacking. Hell, it's lacking in ALL game departments. I'd rather stick to my SNES because of great games like Final Fantasy VI. If Final Fantasy XIII's battle system isn't as Fu€k up as it looks like in the trailers, I suppose it would have to be the PS3. Until I play it, however, I stand nuetral. ~STBE
  11. Thanks. I'll add a list in the first post so people won't have to read through all the posts... If there is any more posts that is... ~STBE
  12. Ha. [sarcasm]Way to go Sega[/sarcasm]. More reasons for people to hate companies on YouTube. ~STBE
  13. Does anyone have a PS3? I'll be more than happy to add you to my friend list. Tell me your ID and I'll add you to the list below. What's yours? ~STBE How the list works: List of IDs:
  14. I've only lost two; they broke because Pokémon Ranger wore them out. Spin, capture, BREAK, repeat... ~STBE
  15. Wow. That acually makes me feel a tad better. Still, I hope Dragonite can pull this off; however, it's not looking too well. ~STBE
  16. I honestly don't even know why I keep looking at this thread. We all know Deoxys is going to win just because almost all the moderators and admins voted for it and other members are afraid to go against their wishes. IDK. I guess I'm p!ssed because Dragonite's losing. ~STBE
  17. Under "Others > Project Pokémon IRC"'s sub-heading, it says "irc.pchnet.com". It is acually "irc.pchnet.org". Please fix so others do not get directed to the wrong network. ~STBE
  18. How about a Veteran's Rank? I'd like to have at least one Badge. I personally hope it would be an Earth Badge. ~STBE
  19. Evolution in general is all about differences in DNA. Are humans even close to being chimps? I think not. ~STBE So very true. BTW, it's STBE, not SBTE. ~STBE
  20. Acually, I would vote for Mewtwo, however it's not in the listing so I'm sticking to Dragonite. Read Post #55 for my reasoning. ~STBE
  21. I recommend Dragonite to those who have not voted yet. It has been seen delivering news, Pokémon: The First Movie, and that is part of what we do. Deoxys, while it may seem logical, could be used for ANY Pokémon fan site. You say Deoxys can represent different aspects of the site. Well, as an example, any other site could use Normal forme for the main page and Attack forme for their forums, etc. You also say Deoxys because it can "morph" it's DNA like what we do sorta do around here. Acually, in technical terms, ANY Pokémon can change their DNA if they are able to evolve. With saying all this, Deoxys isn't as useful as you'd think. We might as well have Castform as a mascot. Also, on a side note, do NOT let moderators, admins, etc. scare you in to voting for Deoxys. You have the full right to vote for whoever you want. ~STBE
  22. 22 Dragonite. 21 Suicune. Go Dragonite. ~STBE
  23. Honestly, I think Suicune is incredibly overrated (no offense SCV). Considering the little kiddies have only played Gen IV games, a Gen I Pokémon should be reconized once and a while. ~STBE
  24. True. But Dragonite is still awesome. Why not Tyranitar? It's Johto's Dragonite. Because the site has changed, think of Tyranitar as updated Dragonite. Since HG/SS are out in Japan and coming soon to the US Tyranitar could be a good choice too considering, well, HG/SS takes place in Jotho. If you really do not want to add Tyranitar, I shall stick with Dragonite. ~STBE
  25. What? No Bag EGG? That's a shame. Dragonite since any veteran here will remember what it was a mascot for. ~STBE
