    There are multiple guides on how to do this. You'll either need to know how to work Sendpkm.exe/HyperGTS (see Research-Miscellaneous forum) or own an AR or a flash card. And if you don't know how to download a file from the Internet, then you kind of need to go back to Interneting 101. (Right Click, Save As)

    It is impossible to have a "legit" Pokemon file because legit means it was produced via only in-game means or official event distributions. All Pokemon on this site are legal. If you see a PKM file that falls outside of legal bounds (and you're 100% certain that you didn't somehow mess up an AR code or whatever), send Alpha a PM.

    I'd suggest checking with Pokefarm staff for updates on their server. Making a thread of "it's still down" isn't productive.

    I don't think the inclusion of tiers is wise in a Team Generator since some Pokemon seem to shift between OU and UU quite a bit.

    You really should understand how EVs and IVs work before attempting to modify them. I suspect that is why you're having trouble right now.

    Ho-Oh has 106/90/154 as it's defensive base stats. It's bulky enough to survive and can recover with Roost. The problem with other 50% damage Pokemon is that their defensive stats are usually average, at best.

    Gallade, thanks for your contribution. While I have pretty much given up on my actively collecting pokemon part (since I don't own a flash cart), I still intend to go through this thread and gather Pokemon when I have some free time.

    You can only go twice. Hall of Origin from D/P/Plat (which can't be legit because the key item was never released) will work once, then ANY of the events (Movie/TRU/Machina/whatever)

    Depends on the Pokemon and the trainer, really. You can hand someone a team of six Ubers, but if they don't know how to use them efficiently, they won't win battles at all against skilled trainers. Similarly, not all Pokemon are created equal. Delibird is not going to be good, like, ever. Please don't self-censor. It just looks dumb. If you are uncomfortable with using that language, then just don't use it. Several do learn it, but a spinner often negates other things it can do. And it means you give up a slot. AND it also means it can easily be blocked by Ghost types. In fact, Claydol is pretty easily countered by Rotom forms and Sub-Pain Split Gengar.

    I don't own one, but CycloDS is the cart for DS/DSLites that I've heard good things about. I wouldn't know about GBA games. Avoid R4/R4 clones at all costs. These things are crap.

    As I said in another thread, there's 99% chance that YOUR computer is infected. I doubt it's a problem on PP's end. I did notify an admin that this thread existed. But for now, I'm closing it.

    Sabeta, the Wiki is semi-closed. While it's available for the viewing public, it is largely used for game researchers to share information. We're no longer (at least at the moment) trying to make and maintain a general-Pokemon wiki.

    Umbreon can not survive much without several boosts in defense from Curse. Dark typing is a pretty bad type if you want to wall.
