  1. The only problems it has is with an 86h =/= 0. The program is perfectly fine shifting a DPPt Pokemon, if you want to get one from that.
  2. Duh, it has to be a 512KB file (you had a 520KB file). You gotta have the right file size. Look into whatever program you got that save from to get it to spit out a 512KB. Answer to below: You have to export it as a RAW save via file export backup memory. You really shouldn't be asking "why can't I get the correct save size from a program"
  3. Enjoy 9%20Post%20Elite%20Four%20%281%29%20Fishing%20Rod%20Gained.sav
  4. No Changing IVs will need you to change the PID accordingly. That algorithm (method) is not in any generator, In Bond697's GTS thread he has a flawless wifi mew, if that is any recompense.
  5. You didn't put an Encounter Method (85h), and that is an invalid PID (you can't have 31 IVs and naive, it's an invalid IV-PID) Everything else looks fine. I suggest using PokeGen instead of PokeSav. You should try out GTS emulation (hypergts) if you can't find anyone.
  6. oh man that was only 4 pages back... digging less than 4 more pages backwards....
  7. Delay*~60=Seconds .... *~60 = Minutes needed to wait from power on. ~83.7 minutes you'd have to leave your game on before ending the new game dialogue. No human would ever do that for non-novelty IDs, they wan't to play the game. If you want "legal" IDs, just use the PID search side, specify a range somewhere in 4500-10000 (50 delays is fine) and you get IDs that make it shiny that you can get normally.
  8. One of the hardest things to check for (and what 99.99% of hackers disregard) is ID legality. Eggs are the easiest to fake, without a doubt. There is no PID/IV relevance. For Wild Pokemon: IV-PID Relationship is the biggest way of checking. Sync checks as well, in addition to Encounter Slots. Legal only does DPPt sync checks, but there is another app that checks both DPPt+HGSS, and encounter slots. Use PokeGen and a guide for it, and you will create something "legal" enough. But you should never pass something off as "legit".
  9. It's the 41h, but only for Generation 4. Shiny Leaves are wiped when you transfer them to B+W, sadly. http://www.serebii.net/heartgoldsoulsilver/shinyleaf.shtml
  10. legal pokemon, illegal ids since 99.9% of people's legality definition does not include ID legality, you should be fine
  11. Both of you tested in Black and White? If this was true it'd be pretty lulzy, no more wonderguard spiritombs
  12. use PokeGen instead there are guides on how to use it correctly on the site as well
  13. Hey Grovyle, just posting to let you know that we've done a massive update to the wonder card map. new stuff: Static/Dynamic Hometown Static/Dynamic Language Static/Dynamic PIDs Static/Dynamic Natures Static/Dynamic IVs Primary Card Ribbon Secondary Ribbons Set Static/Dynamic gender Static/semi-static/dynamic ability IsEgg (Manaphy Egg) Flag Egg Met Location Contest Stats OT Gender OTSID Card Ribbon stuff you should know about Secondary Ribbon Set is different than known sets (01 Country, 02 National, 03 C+N, etc) And the ability region may have a special "set ability", but Wondercards should never have 100% hacked abilities
  14. Not for importing yet. The structure is almost finished getting mapped, some interesting things are in store for this generation
  15. Sure it's legal, but those IDs can't exist for a normal game. Be sure the OT shows up in your game and everything looks fine, you used a mersenne twisted PID like eggs should
  16. you are doing it wrong, PokeGen doesn't even have any problems. You have to SET the data you view, akin to pressing OK in pokesav.
  17. If there are still unknowns, there won't be support: http://www.projectpokemon.org/wiki/5th_Gen_Wondercard_Map it's getting mapped, don't worry
  18. You can just add the ticket as a key item, but that won't work. There's certain triggers (like receiving the wondercard, receiving it from the man) on top of having the ticket for it to be a successful code. If you start a new game with a contributed save with the Wondercard already downloaded (you can have cards on an unstarted save now) you can get the Liberty Ticket.
  19. Not without informatively editing the PKM file. Earlier in this thread I documented the hex changes of shifted PKMs, all you would have to do is make up hex that is legal for a PKM in gen 4. I've done it for 4-->3 (size is 100bytes in gen 3 compared to 136bytes). Pretty much it's just a reverse character change, location, and adding in some hex Was just wondering because I've never seen a 0x86 be 19
  20. There is always a PID and IV relation for generation 4 pkms, as well as wild gen 3 pkms. Just because they say Unknown GBA type (gen 3) is pretty indicative that they aren't legitimate. The IVPID relationship for Gen 4 pkms is Method 1. I suggest using PokeGen and it's PID finder.
  21. All three of the ones that changed to dream ball had an 86h of 19, which overwrote the 83h to 19. If you opened them up in a hex editor (HxD) and changed the 0x86 location to 00, you should be fine. Save the new file (new checksum doesnt matter) and then shift the new file. I checked data from other PKMs I have (Heal Ball, Quick Ball) and they didn't have a 86h=19. I don't know about the Ninetails either, assuming it was bred. Just wondering, did you ever put them in ball capsules? If you did, were they still in capsules when you grabbed the PKMs?
