Doesn't matter, as you can bring your cartridge to your friend's 3DS, receive it from their bank, then insert your cart back into your own 3DS.
Only the Z-crystal. There's a handful of Mew events released in Gen 6, just use one of those.

While it takes a PGL account that participated to get the Serial Code,
as per any serial code, you can give the serial code to someone else to redeem.

If I recall correctly The Pokemon Company doesn't have direct control over Pokemon Go.
They only receive royalties, and Pokemon Go is almost fully under Niantic's control.

Hence, the ridiculous bans (which are mostly justified, since its all botters anyway; I would know XD) aren't from GF/Ninty

@Amateraven we don't have the GTS trade Events, as it's very easy for it to be hacked and hard to verify if it's the real deal.

If you already have the Pokemon in your Entree Forest from Dream World, you can still encounter it, no problem there.

Also, this tool injects the encounters into your save based on the Dream World PGL Pokemon:

yeah but many details may not be legit,
also wonder card editor leaves watermarks, so it'll possibly affect legitimacy.

Also with game sync and bans going around, it's probably not safe in Gen 7.

PGL did give a warning that seems to hint more severe punishment,
so we don't know if it can go as far as device ban.

@BLACKBIRD do take photos of the crowd, any event banners, receiving it, and the distributor's device (if possible) .

It's totally possible for them to recheck TID/SID/OT/OTG, since the likelihood of having the exact same details is abysmal.

Funny thing is, they already issued a new game sync ID to me, its just that I've yet to connect it back to my account,
since it's also Pokemon Moon, and I need them to remove that game from old account first.

Haven't been playing the games as much now so I really dunno.

I dunno if there's a "Game Sync" Flag of some sort in the game, hence why I reverted to a state prior to being able to game sync.

There was the step to "unlink from PGL", so I basically bypassed that step,
when I change game sync ID portion to all 0 and went to obtain ID, on a pre-game sync save.

I already dragged all Pokemon over, so I kind of have no lost data progress too..

As long as you have Game Sync, and you go online (and game sync captures your data),
they have immediate detection, so it seems.

When I used the wrong region, it was already after the period of the online competition.

This can't be solved.
The moment your save is banned, it'll be deleted by PGL.
Luckily, I got a pre-gamesync save.

I zero'd out the GameSync segment, and connecting online gives me another Game Sync ID.

Question is whether they realize I'm using the same OT/TID/SID combo the next time I log in..

The gift will be in your "Gift Album".
Think of it being similar to receiving receiving a gift from the Internet: it goes into your gift album.

Meaning to collect the Pokemon/Item in game, go to the delivery man.

So far, I've injected a few wonder cards between game syncs, haven't gotten banned for that.

Yes, there is an inherent risk for injecting events that aren't ongoing, as we aren't sure if the PGL checks for that.

While I never did go online to do battles with the cartridge in a different Region 3DS,
I did accidentally use the same save (on a different Region 3DS, pre-GameSync) to collect a wonder card for screenshots,
(which I remember the incident very clearly), so that is how they caught me.

I probably went online without checking my Luma's Region setting.
(it was set to a different region settings, argh)

don't understand what you are trying to ask.

In any case, as long as you are bringing in the correct wonder card for your game save language and 3DS region,
there doesn't seem there are any other flags tripped, that are not handled by PKHeX.

changing your character gender glitches out the game, apparently,

As far as I can tell,
Event Pokemon are wonder cards, and wonder cards makes the game generate the PID.

In other words, it's generated the same way.

Event Pokemon aren't supposed to have their ribbons removed.
By attempting to trade them without their fateful encounter and such for wonder trade, you're practically breaking our "do not cheat other players" rule.

Removing ribbons when it's not possible to do so normally in game,
that's one count of Significantly hacked.
