don't understand what you are trying to ask.

In any case, as long as you are bringing in the correct wonder card for your game save language and 3DS region,
there doesn't seem there are any other flags tripped, that are not handled by PKHeX.

changing your character gender glitches out the game, apparently,
will result in illegal event flags as well, etc etc.

As far as I can tell,
Event Pokemon are wonder cards, and wonder cards makes the game generate the PID.

In other words, it's generated the same way.

Event Pokemon aren't supposed to have their ribbons removed.
By attempting to trade them without their fateful encounter and such for wonder trade, you're practically breaking our "do not cheat other players" rule.

Removing ribbons when it's not possible to do so normally in game,
that's one count of Significantly hacked.

You're probably only unaware, so I'll only lock this thead,
no further action will be taken.

so if I'm not mistaken, redemption will make you receive a second card.

you may get banned if you use a game-sync account.

I can't visualize a reason why you didn't get the Oval Charm.

Furthermore I don't think there's any prerequisite to getting the Oval Charm from Morimoto.

If you're sure you can get it, then just add it into your key items.

Since it isn't a pre-release/pre-order distribution, details will likely come 1 or 2 months before the movie.
(It could easily be in the movie theatre [I think hoopa movie had distributions like this],
or receive serial code card upon buying tickets over counter at the cinema [SG/MY Volcanion].)
