If so, I think you're right to say it's recorded in the save.
It could be similar to battle videos gen5.

Do a before (doing movie) and after, and I see if I can find a difference.

Like I said in the PM, I'm not going to re-add all the moves and recreate it to match the Gen 5 wonder card,
cause we are not sure if it was meant to completely mimic the gen 5 wonder card to begin with.

Plus, if you really want it to have outrage, bring it to a move tutor..

I'm trying to finish recreating the Ash Zekrom as part of the Unreleased Pokémon Bank Debugging Pokémon (Zekrom is always genderless, so that's one I oughta fix).

1. I don't know where is Destiny's tool, I don't seem to have a copy of it (looking for it through my archives and our tools page)
2. There really isn't a point editing WC6Full files, as it cannot be reinjected
3. I've got a tool that is a viewer (not editor), but it's private and it won't be shared. I use it to view the giant boss files for gen 6 and 7 Pokemon.

4. I'll fix the genders of those files. lol.

I uploaded a Japanese Ruby save with one of the E-reader berries scanned in and the Regi dolls. I'm sure somebody re-uploaded it after the hack but I'm unsure where. It could be in ROC's PC thread or the downloads section or a random thread. I don't know what save is currently on my JP Ruby. 

If I have a Mystery gift save or you supply me with one, I can write it to my JP Ruby and scan it in for you. Actually, preferable if you give me a save. (Sapphire works too) so you can have the before and after. 

@jojo12100 If you send me a save, I can get you the dolls as well. 

Mystery Event 3 (ME3) is the early type of "wonder card" Ruby and Sapphire uses.
It basically holds the script for the game to operate on, if I'm not mistaken.

@suloku and @ajxpk do we have the ME3 for Regi dolls (or does it not generate one when receiving transmission from the e Reader?)

I'll send you a jpn save in a bit.

I don't know of a way to dump and save gen 3 dolls. I have all but the Battle Frontier stuff legit in gen 3. If pkHex supported it, I could easily dump the Regi dolls for you. 

I think those dolls/decorations are likely only bytes like items, so unless there's a wonder card/mystery event file that holds them,
we can't exactly upload them.
 

Also, since it's possible to get them in gen 3 European languages, it's technically considered available, despite its unreleased for EU/US status.

Well PWT is pretty interesting, as you can technically create your own tournaments and load it in (through hacking).
