    That's an odd question, since Ultra Sun is a 3DS game. I'm assuming you meant save backup. Look harder then. What I'm about to reiterate, can be found in one of our tutorials. 1. Install CFW on your 3DS. Follow this guide. Use at your own risk. 2. Once CFW installed, you can use a Save manager to export your save (whether cart or e-shop download). At that point, you gotta follow our tutorial properly. If you're using JKSM or Checkpoint. Cheers.

    No, as most generations don't transfer Items. If I'm not mistaken, only Gen 3 -> Gen 4 transfer items. It would be annoying to indicate (no item transfer) for every other transfer. Yeah, I'm aware of the shiny Mew. That part of the text was before HOME was available. I'll change that now.

    The indexes account for which event in the game first. Index 16 came first, then index 17 (Easter event) interrupted the index 16 distribution. Now that the Easter event ended, GF servers loaded the same event, but as index 18. In other words, even if the mons are the same, they’ll always go up by an index. This happened with other wild area news before.

    You need to hack your 3DS (load CFW). Follow this guide (at your own risk). Once that is done, you can use save managers to import/export saves on your 3DS (including retail carts). Guide here.

    Same with the Switch, need to get CFW on the 3DS, then use a save manager to inject the save. Also, paste your replies (from translator) into notepad before pasting them here. Your replies have been in big font, and I shrunk them down for ya ><

    Install CFW on Switch, use a save manager homebrew to export the save from your Switch. Then, use the save on PKHeX. you can inject an emulator's save into 3DS/Switch, then send to Pokémon HOME. Cannot send from emulator straight to HOME. Need to inject the save first.

    If you were editing the sav for randroll, it shouldn't cause issues (shouldn't change.) Tho if you were bringing an event raid online, yeap you would forced to follow the server For save, I'm assuming it's only the randroll and maybe the stars, because AFAIK Missingno raids was a rom hack for the raid den species. If you brought your Missingno raid online, and it's a common den or rare den (not event den) and it changed, I can only think the server patched it...

    Yes, that's what you can choose the lead on RNGreporter or Pokefinder. Not that I know of. PKHeX can spot the method, but wouldn't generate the proper PIDIV for you. The programs I mentioned in my first point should suffice.

    yeah. maybe communicate via Discord, opt to transfer via different Bank account, then @Poke J can give ya the HOME moving code.

    For the record, OP can only move from your Bank if they paid for HOME's subscription. An alternative is if you have HOME subscription, and either one of you have an extra device, the one that paid can set up a room trade. (Room trade needs at least 3 people to be in the room to perform a trade)

    You didn't answer me, regarding whether was it SAV edits or ROM edits. (my first line in the previous post) If it's ROM edits, the mon in the den shouldn't change. The only explanation would be you messed up your hacking, or the server now patched the missingno raids. If it's SAV edits: If it's just changing the raid seed, well that wouldn't cause missingo raids. (this is the first time you brought up missingno raids, FYI. I was working with incomplete information) If it's modifying the dai_encount/normal_encount, well you wouldn't be able to bring missingno raids online at the first place... In any case, there isn't a "solution", because what you are doing is going against how the servers presumably work.

    eh what? I think these were the only ones that were obtained prior to all the links died. Plus Japanese and International games should have the same narcs (for what you mentioned) for it should work. (Unless it reads the game directly, instead of narcs, then GG) In any event, my tags to the user is still there.. so if OP comes online (hasn't been online since 2014), the user will get the notification. Now wait patiently..

    When you say "hacked", you talking merely talking about changing the RNG seed via save editing, not ROM hacks right? When you go online, you're forced to use whatever event raids the server is using. So if you were trying to bring an event den to be shared online, the mon will change. This is a known behaviour by the games.
