KNormalEncount is for event raids, and it only specifies the encounters. I do not know where the data you seek is located. This is only a guess, but maybe it is in *Object Raid?

Hacking Sw/Sh Raids Crashes Game

that's the problem. the value of 0-4 controls raids tiers 1-5. It's even in the description, when you click on it. Change the 5 to 4. -
Hacking Sw/Sh Raids Crashes Game

show screenshot of the PKHeX Raid Properties. -
1. PKHeX doesn't check validity of TID/SID. A combination of 0 and 0 can be rolled naturally, just unlikely. 2. The OT is valid, since it is a possible option to start for the game. Granted, HOME is suspicious when matched with TID and SID of 0, but nothing out of the bounds of legal. 3. While PID 0 is unlikely, it is still a possible roll. Tho this PID certainly looks hacked, when you take the OT/TID/SID into account. There's no rule that says a hacked Pokémon can't be legal and fishy looking at the same time.
-
Select a PID that fulfills that encounter slot. Example, a Pokémon may have only certain percentage of appearance, so imagine a table that govern certain encounters to have that percentage. Basically that is the “encounter slot”. Why don’t you upload the Abra here, so we can check it for you?
-
Is the PID, IV, natures, encounter slot correct for that Abra. I believe you're getting that message because your PID isn't right, thus PKHeX assigned the encounter to be an egg.

I'm not a PKHeX dev, so I wouldn't have an answer to that. Maybe it's to not bloat the program unnecessarily, tho I won't have an answer to that. I'm just glad block importing and exporting is a thing now, because that previously wasn't a thing.

All AURA Mew was distributed with a preset game of origin, that being Ruby. So you can trade one/import one into Emerald, no problems there.

If anyone knows, and want to respond, they would respond. no need to bump the thread.

Given it's all yes, it is possible that your account for your PC don't have permissions to use PKHeX to write into the Citra folder. (I'm surprised that loading PKHeX as Administrator didn't solve that problem) Which is also why the error regarding "System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\User\Documents\Citra 3DS\PKHeX\bak\main [May (OR) - 2020-03-06 15ː46].bak' is denied." occurred as well. Thus from this point onward, you gotta edit the main somewhere else, then copy it manually to overwrite the save in the Citra folder.

1. Can you copy the main from the citra folder to your desktop? (nothing to do with PKHeX) 2. can you then use PKHeX to edit the save on your desktop? 3. Can you then use PKHeX to save over and overwrite the save on your desktop? 4. Can you copy the save from your Desktop and overwrite the save in the Citra folder? (nothing to do with PKHeX) Note: this is what is looks like to save the progress of your save editing. It's the export sav and export main option.

The version of the file doesn't matter to PKHeX. PKHeX is just a save editor. It doesn't have feelings nor does it care. Use whatever file you like (that's compatible with PKHeX). PKHeX doesn't tell you what stage of the story you're at. You gotta load the save in the game in order be able to tell. You can edit progression by checking or unchecking event flags, but the flags aren't labelled. It is probably just easier to import all the mons into a save of yours, as you already know the story progression of your own save.

the way I see it, not the files problem. PK6 is a format for .pkm in generation 6, nothing wrong with it. I think you don't have rights to save in that location. Are you able to export save or save Pokemon in any other directory? Are you able to run as administrator? Also, please answer all above questions. AND, stop multiposting. I merged your posts.

try to save a mon on the desktop instead? Maybe you need PKHeX to be opened as Administrator to save into that folder.

Can you try opening a save that you download from the internet, as opposed to any save from Citra? Also, maybe remove this and try again (on your Citra save), and see if it helps

Let's answer the first part first. Your game on CITRA isn't running while you're trying to open the file, right?

Are you sure the save has been initialized, that there's save data. Is this file a backup? Is PKHeX trying to access a backup? Does the file exist?

People could have participated during the actual event with any Switch date, thus don't need to change the date back. Just don't try to share it online, and don't try to share it with other (unless they have the same file, and you're sharing locally)
