We have a new thread specifically for Black and White for contributions of this kind.
http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?12090-Pokmon-Black-and-White-In-Game-Pokemon-Contribution
In order to keep the Gen IV and Gen V pkm files separate, please post BW contributions in the other thread from now on.
To those of you who have already posted Gen V pkm files in this tread, I'll leave it to you to re-post them in the new thread and delete your posts here when you are finished.
Moved this to the Event Contributions forum where it can be alongside our previous Contribution thread, as the BW forum is mainly for discussion.
We'll keep this one separate, as to be specifically for BW and not to get mixed in with the Gen IV pkm files.
Not a bad idea, Makomo.
Edit:
Here are the ones that were previously submitted in the other thread. I'll leave it to the original posters to re-post them with version/etc.

It looks like Waseda is a two-day event. Not sure if the day-two Wonder Cards will have a different ID or whatever. Best to keep your eyes open. It looks like some of the other ones that already happened were also multi-day events, so maybe the WCs don't change.
... might go to this one myself, since I used to study there.
Yes, it'll most likely be three separate cards with the same WC ID number.
We've seen nothing to indicate an egg that can generate a random pokemon. As Kaphotics said, you can see what an egg is by looking at the data (any egg, most programs).
Starting December 17th, there will be a new wi-fi event for Black and White.
You'll get an egg that will hatch in to one of three pokemon (random).
Evidently there is some connection to the card game and the anime (I'll read the details later).
You can only get one egg per game.
The event runs until January 11th.

It'll be interesting to look at the data on this one and see how it is randomly determined, or if there are even three separate Wonder Cards here.
Edit:
(details)
Satoshi is gonna get an egg in the anime on Dec 19th, so this event is to tie-in with that... so you can get an egg on your game as well.
And there will also be some kind of Mystery Egg card for the card game.
This does confirm that there are ones for the different pokemon centers, there's even a generic unnamed one.
But where did Tokyo's go? It's not on this new image.
Also... something weird must have happened. The title for the Movie cards also says "Happy Birthday." That can't be right.
That.... shouldn't be right.
Kaphotics's research into the card's hex values have shown there are unique descriptions for Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Yokohama, Fukuoka, Sapproro, and a generic unnamed one.
Possible hack?
0B says "Movie."
0D is Tokyo Pokemon Center (for birthday)
0E is Osaka Pokemon Center (for birthday)
If you can post images of the other ones, I can tell you what they are.
I think it's this.
The description on these cards is different than the other ones we've seen so far. And didn't we all think that the description was uneditable? It could be that there's just a set number of defaults, perhaps.
Previous cards have said "Thanks for playing Pokemon..."
This one says "Thanks for coming to the Tokyo Pokemon Center..."
First of all: The fact that they are in .pkm file format itself means they cannot be "legit."
They are evidently legal enough to get on to random wi-fi, but that hardly means anything as edited pokemon can make it on there.
Bond697 is the only one in this thread who has got it right.
Without knowing the DW algorithm or the confirmed source of the pkm files, we CANNOT determine if they actually came from the event. It's that simple.
Those appear to be okay, but until Dream World algorithm can be determined, these cannot be confirmed.
And without knowing the source, they are unable to be proven to be legal/actual.
A thing I noticed while I was testing this out:
I had already had several WCs from the Trade to Evolve event in my sav file's album that had already been picked up (these have the Memorial Ribbon), so I tried overwriting one using your prog and the pgf for the Kumashun event (which has the Classic Ribbon, but not the Memorial). When I picked up the Kumashun in-game, it had BOTH ribbons, meaning the data for the Memorial Ribbon must have been residual and not properly overwritten by the inserted pgf file.
No, no one does.
Use an emulator and capture device if you're going to do something like this. Pointing a video camera at a TV is not only really bad audio/video quality, but it leaves a high pitch ringing in the background.
Also, Navi bashing is old and overreacting.
Also, thread titles should be descriptive.
