    This was the biggest earthquake in Japanese recorded history, and the seventh strongest worldwide. It was pretty ridiculous. Very very long, and very rocky. We've been having aftershocks for about 16 hours now. The people up north got it real bad, though...

    Because the date on the receiving DS can be set to ANYTHING at the point of reception and pickup, so the date on the end product can legally be anything. Nintendo's not gonna DQ someone at a tournament because it says their celebi was met in Dec 2008.

    Neither of those have been released and are therefore illegal. No Gen V pokemon will ever be released in DW.

    I know this. And when you put that all together, it is a machine that distributes event pokemon. What I said was not incorrect, and it doesn't change anything I've stated. So there.

    Right. The issue at hand would be whether or not they would be accepting them at tournaments as "official." Since the event was sent out, its existence is possible, so this reply indicates they are willing to accept it.... unless as Kaphotics said, it's in dispute? Or maybe only the original person can view the page. At any rate, the Gamestop Celebis that DID make it out there, actually FROM the instore distro machine (either from the date being set wrong, or getting a favor from store staff) are going to be so few in number that anyone will doubtfully ever see a fully legit one.... everyone else who has one got one from the dumped rom or pcd/pgt files... or a bad hack. 98% of the people in the world who have a Gamestop Celebi do not have a legit one.

    Does that Celebi use the Colosseum algorithm or GBA event? It's only obtainable through the bonus disc and sent to your GBA game, like the WISHMKR Jirachi.

    Well, it was out there. It is POSSIBLE that some people obtained it the way that has been mentioned here. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's illegal or illegitimate, but I would say that ACTUAL Gamestop Celebis obtained ACTUALLY at a Gamestop are going to be extremely rare.

    It's probably more likely that they either go the date wrong, or Gamestop changed it, so they needed an alternate plan to compensate for THAT. I don't think they care about what is leaked.
