  1. Looking at the title, I thought it would be about the Johto legendary trio.
  2. Don't disrespect the Trash Heap! The Trash Heap has spoken!! Nyaaaaaaa! If you don't get this reference you are too young and/or not hipster enough. Edit: This post is not off-topic. It is an example of awesome sentient garbage.
  3. Right. I haven't taken a good look since that firmware update, but I'm pretty sure the normal (non backed up) saves are stored the same way in the UI, which is: in a file combined with the game's download data (if download titles are the same as eShop games and VC). Which means you cannot move save data in the UI as easily as Wii or Wii U, but I have no idea if the file is separate or combine when looking at the SD card on a PC.

  5. Right, and there are a list of games that do not allow backups to be made, due to things that could be abused. Many Wii games were like this. There are about 10 3DS titles that do not support this new backup feature, Animal Crossing is one of them.
  6. That's a good point. I'll see about adding in some additional download links. Thanks. If someone has these, I'll add these up as well.
  7. The European Deoxys are now live and I've added them to the Gallery. French Gen V Event Gallery German Gen V Event Gallery Italian Gen V Event Gallery Spanish Gen V Event Gallery
  8. Also, many games don't support that feature. Generally games that involve collecting or online records, just like on Wii.
  9. As usual, I'd like to request that anyone planning to attend bring along all the EU languages of the games to see which are distributed there. And then contribute them here, of course.
  10. To those attending: Please bring all game lanuguages (if you have them available) so we can confirm which were distributed at each event. Thanks!
  11. They're the ID of the OT that I chose when I started a new file for the purpose of collecting these events. I used those games to get the DW/DR events.
  12. They are not hacks. They are extractions of actual events. External devices have been used to extract the WCs and pkm files, so they are considered "legal." To argue semantics, their hack checker should show "legal" as there is no way to determine "legit" other than two the original owner. Separately, Pokecheck adds that ribbon so that people can't try to pass those pkm off as having caught/obtained them themselves. Anyone looking at them will see they were sent with a GTS spoof (external).
  13. ANY pokemon in the form of a pkm file is no longer legit. The best they can be is legal, if they aren't messed with. Legit means it was obtained within the normal parameters of the game, or in the case of events AT THE ACTUAL EVENT. Maybe you missed the announcements around these forums, but the Pokemon in the Event Gallery are not meant for trading unless your trading partner knows where the pokemon came from. They are intended for personal collection use. DO NOT try to pass these off as legit pokemon in trades to other unknowing people.
  14. The purpose of the PPorg OT is so that we aren't posting people's "personal" game info (OTs, etc) for all to download.
  15. The Pokédex Musical Gallery page is now up. It's not very big, because only five musicals have been released.
  16. The Pokédex Musical Gallery page is now up. It's not very big, because only five musicals have been released.
  17. As I said, the OT for DW events is the OT of the player/OT/savegamedata that caught them. Gen III events aren't really up yet.
  18. Oops, that's the image filename. Try this: http://events.projectpokemon.org/wc/g4kor/022 Yellow Forest Course KOR [PPorg].zip Edit: page dl link works now
  19. It seems I overlooked kazuya's contribution there. BUT, it was pointed out to me and I've added them to the Gallery and to the Collection file. 6-29-2013 Collection archive updated Added: Korean Crown Suicune (ID: 12160) Korean Celebi
  20. I'm not sure what you mean by the bright info. There are navigation links on the left side of the Event Gallery pages that lead to all of the different sections, including Dream World.
  21. Every event? You must not be looking at very many, because the ones with the PPorg OT are actually a small percentage of the events we have in the Gallery. You're probably looking at Dream World and Dream Radar. Maybe you haven't used those features before? Because the OT of the Pokemon obtained from there are the ones of player who obtain them. The ones here were obtained using the save file(s) that I started for the purpose of cataloging such events. Furthermore, EACH of those pages states, "The details for these specific files are displayed, however PID, OT, ID, SID, Nature, Ball, and Nickname are variable" right at the top of each page. Also, I'm pretty sure our info is the most accurate of the sites that do event coverage. We do occasionally make mistakes, but they are usually pointed out and fixed. I can personally vouch for most of the Japanese events we host.
  22. Here are some photos I put together of the Pokemon Center 15th Anniversary event Postcards. When you obtain one of these event pokemon and show it to the staff, they'll give you a postcard for that Pokemon, detailing its moves, strongpoints, and good strategy teamups. The pictures are kinda big...
  23. That was in the US, and those didn't require any kind of ticket.
