I can only assume the OP used Citra's menu to make save states. OP, please save in-game (you know, press X to open menu then Save) twice, before you attempt to modify the save. Also make sure the emulator is closed when you make edits. If my assumption was wrong, please answer BlackShark's question then. (and if it was right, still just answer, let us know )

That save file is uninitialized. How did you obtain it?

I was able to go on sysnand with cfw, backup save, edit, restore, then reboot into clean sysnand, and the edited save file was there. The clean nand and sysnand with cfw are linked, but all i did was back up and restore a save file while being offline, so hopefully this will not get me banned, if it does get me banned, i learned my lesson, and i need to buy 2 old switches, and then just do transfer save file thing. I have this problem and it started when I messed up with my registered battle team. I removed my team at the end of the previous online competition and then restored a save file in which my team was still registered. Now the game is thinking I have a team registered to the online competition while the servers is thinking the opposite (or at least I think that's the problem) Since I am not really interested in this I haven't searched how to solve yet. Maybe your case is similar to mine. I have also messed up the registered team with LiveHex, it doesn't recognize what mon is locked and I have changed one that was supposed to be locked.

Mokuroh Dungeon: add the Rowlet-line into Explorers of Sky Hi there, ProjectPokémon! This mod adds the Rowlet line into Explorers of Sky. It does not replace any existing mon, but some of the unused dummies in the files. I wanted to share the results with the forum.
