You may use the following tool to introduce dream world pokémon into your black and white/black and white 2 savegame. It has a "legit" mode, in which you directly select those pokémon that were available in Dream World, taking into account the region too (i.e. jap only releases can't be put into non-jap savegames). Of course, it's easier to download the pkm files and edit them (if needed), as theSLAYER suggested, and don't require the BW/BW2 games at all, as you seem to be interested in having them on gen 7. For dream radar pokestock has an editor, but it is in japanese (I should investigate and make an editor for this too...)

You may use a NDS flashcart or a 3DS that can run hombrew or has custom firmware to mingle with NDS carts save data, as sugested by ThisIsDaAccount Maybe you can find how to reset the savefile in the game's manual, just like the main series games can: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/manuals/ds.jsp

If you have a hacked 3DS, you can use TWLSaveLoader to wipe the save. You could also use an NDS adapter plus.

I'm 99% sure there used to be an AR code which removed the check to allow a Ranger game to distribute more than one Manaphy egg. I've done a quick search and I can't find it, perhaps someone else will be able to. AR codes seem to fall in to obscurity eventually and generally become difficult to find.

Here is the Save file Suloku sent me, with the OT Gender changed to the official PokePakku Mew's OT Gender of Female, and Mew Given its native Lum Berry, in addition to the initial save file still in its zip file. In addition, I have included the 80byte boxed 3GPKM file for the mew with the berry and female trainer, with all trash bytes still intact. If pk2pk is used to migrate, skipping generations into english saves will cause name problems with the OT, so you have to migrate one gen at a time. I will leave those interested to extract the untouched 3gpkm from the original save with a shorter name themselves. 16GB should be enough to operate 3DS. I don't think 16GB comes in ex-FAT (the format that gives 3DS problems). However if it ain't working for you, Back up everything to your computer, then format your SD card.
