What video game was the first one you ever played? Around how old were you when you played it? For me, it was the original Sonic game for the Sega Genesis console. I was around 5-6. What as yours?

First that I owned were Kirby's DreamLandII and Pokemon Pinball for my Lime Gameboy Color....played Kirby first. I was eight, if I recall.

Oh lord, I have no idea. I'd say it would be a decent bet that my first game was The Legend of Zelda for the Nintendo, since my grandfather owned both that and Zelda II long before I ever had my "own" video game systems. After that, probably Sonic 1 + 2 + 3 + Knuckles, if not a few random games in between.

Tetris Plus for the Playstation. I've loved that game to bits and it still works surprisingly despite the horribly bad scratches (even got that perfect circle scratch).

Then played Pokemon Red on the Gameboy. These two games was when I was 4 or 5.

And then a year later. I got Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete for the Playstation and that is my all time favorite.

Besides the nameless rabble of "educational games" on the PC, my first game was probably either Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2 (American version), or Wrecking Crew... All of which were on the NES...

Hrm... I was thinking about this recently, actually.

I think it was either tetris on the gameboy colour or warcraft 2: tides of darkness (yeah, I started on the expansion... I figured that out several years later xD) when I was about 8. I remember watching my brother play tetris on a cruise and I was so amazed by it xD

The first game I played was The Legend of Zelda: A Link To the Past for the SNES. It was my cousin's system till I bought it off him when he was going to sell it at a garage sale.

My first family-owned game was Legend of Dragoon for the original PS. The first disc got scratched however so I was unable to finish it. It's a very underrated game and I hope they re-release it as a PS one Classic on the PSN.

My first personally owned game was Pokémon Blue Version for the Game Boy. I was very disappointed when the world recieved LeafGreen instead of WaterBlue because of this. It still is my favorite Pokémon game. Nothing will be able to top it. ~STBE

I have no clue at all. However, I think it may have been either Sonic 3 and Knuckles, Super Mario World, Command and Conquer Tiberium Dawn, or Red Alert. I loved all of 'em, especially Sonic. : D

My first video game was most likely one of the old Pong "tennis" games. All in glorious Black and White. This would have been in the 70's I presume. I eventually progressed to an Atari 2600 which was in glorious colour, that by way of another console that played a game called Star Chess. (Videomaster)

My first video game? I think it was Kirby Pinball for the original Game Boy. But my first REAL video game experience was definitely from Spyro 2: Riptos Revenge. I <3 the first Spyro games.
