  1. Yeah, I wanted to do that too, but since this is a remake of GSC, I didn't think they'd be adding those other Pokemon in because they're not native to Johto... but I'll think about it. Maybe it makes more sense during their rematches. They'll get all sorts of cool Pokemon. And I just noticed... 6th and 7th gym leaders of Sinnoh and Johto are Steel and Ice type users, respectively! O_O
  2. I actually liked how I could get a fire type not named Ponyta only... because I never pick Chimchar as my starter. Houndour and Magmar and Flareon were great additions to the game.
  3. So what happens when you hatch Shellos in Mt. Coronet? Will it turn pink or blue? BTW guys I posted that gym leader speculation thread... I need to wait until it gets approved.
  4. Didn't you hate how easy the gym leaders were (aside from Whitney's killer Miltank)? This is just a theoretical proposal to make each and every Gym Leaders challenging in-game. If there are any objections... or if stuff looks too hard, let me know. Johto Gym Leaders Falkner: Comparison Video: Bugsy: Comparison Video: Whitney: Comparison Video: Morty: Comparison Video: Note: I lost to him before when I didn't bring my Butterfree >_< Chuck: Comparison Video: Jasmine: Comparison Video: Pryce: Comparison Video: Clair: Comparison Video: The Elite 4: First Round Will: Koga: Bruno: Karen The Champion... Lance: Kanto Gym Leaders Lt. Surge: Sabrina: Erika: Janine: Misty: Brock: Blaine: Green (Blue in US): BONUS: Red: Theoretical: Blue (Leaf in US) Coming soon: - Kanto Leaders - Elite 4 - Rematches
  5. That's why they're novelty sets. Have you seen Stephen's Special Sweeping Aggron I posted above? Since you said we can't beat Smogon's sets... we're making sets that are more... fun oriented.
  6. Possibly, but it still did me well against Damio's OU team Water + Normal does give good coverage though. And yeah, you're right... outclassed by Leafeon. I forgot that thing existed. I pay more attention to the first 150 and whatnot... More novelty sets! Persian@Life Orb Timid Limber 6 HP/252 SpA/252 Speed - Hypnosis - Dream Eater - Nightmare (is this learnable? At least in GSC it was...) - Fake Out
  7. Nah, the game has 16 gym leaders... I'll make it a little below. The E4 needs to get tough. And the Kanto Gym Leaders (especially Blue) needs to get stronger. I'll devise the sets, you'll have to wait
  8. Misdreavus is only available in Mt. Silver... which is the last section of this game @_@ But you see Murkrows on those Team Rocket people anyways, so why not?
  9. We'll see I think I'll add some Sinnoh evolutions too... because Murkrow and Misdreavus... bleh, not so great. (although Misdreavus was awesome)
  10. I think I'll post up a thread with an improved roster of each Gym Leader, limited to Kanto and Johto Pokemon. And Jasmine was too easy... I wanted a tough girl for her frail appearance!
  11. Yeah, I picked it on purpose. I'm a goofball Good night.
  12. They need stronger gyms. Suggestion: they need a rematch the gym leader function!! Like for example, the first gym leader should be better than a level 7 Pidgey and a level 9 Pidgeotto! Falkner: [sprite]163[/sprite] Hoothoot level 12 - Mud Slap - Hypnosis - Peck - Foresight [sprite]021[/sprite] Spearow level 14 - Pursuit - Fury Attack - Leer - Mud Slap [sprite]017[/sprite] Pidgeotto level 16 - Gust - Mud Slap - Twister - Quick Attack I want more challenging gym leaders :-/
  13. LOL. That poll I created in the Pokemon franchise has that as an option... and I got called an idiot 4 times apparently @_@ Well, yeah, I thought GSC was pretty fun though...
  14. I go there, but I still haven't found it. Interesting... I'll have to look everywhere.
  15. I... never heard that before. Care to tell me where you heard that?
  16. I've seen garden snakes at my place... the poisonous brown ones. My parents always kill them though... we're raising chickens too. Snakes are VERY scary in real life... but Ekans are so weak I still think those pokemon were the Eeveelutions.
  17. So which ability should he go with, Sand Veil or Hyper Cutter? Both are good... especially when the former benefits from Sandstream and the latter prevents the drop from Intimidate from the likes of Gyarados and Salamence (not that Gliscor should stay in either of them, mind you...) Gliscor is a good Lucario counter (unless they use Ice Punch or HP Ice)
  18. Pokedex data for Ekans: Pidgey and Spearow are its favorite foods. Pidgeot: hunts for Magikarp. Farfetch'd: hunted by people for its leek... Yeah... a lot of Pokemon do get eaten...
  19. <p><p><p><p><p>Indeed.</p></p></p></p></p>
