That's why... so a tier list based on Shoddy isn't completely correct. I see. But what about the beasts in Colosseum? Are they affected by the same fixation? -
That's why Zapdos from Wifi and Shoddy are two different beasts. I remembered there's a glitch regarding the legendary beasts of FR/LG where their IVs are fixed at 0 or something... where did I hear this before?

It's a game for kids... not for experts like you I'm somewhat adept in competitive battles too... but for in-game, not really. MAYBE for rematches... MAYBE. Fixed Falkner's roster to level 12, 13, and 14...

The logic that's missing here is the AWE factor. Seriously, you send out a legendary against a n00b in Route 102 let's say... and yet they still battle you as if nothing's happened. Shameful...

You actually use the uber to take down the league? -__- I play without any ubers... in Emerald though just catch that level 70 Rayquaza and watch him wreak havoc!

Me neither... most likely a filler. Hoenn's E4 was even worse... have you checked out Phoebe's and Glacia's rosters? That's what I call NO variety!

I'm thinking about that, but no T-tar for now... T-tar's a pseudolegendary, and pseudolegendaries are usually reserved for the champion. Karen's lineup is confusing... I don't know what to do with it.

I think I've finally realized that I've been underestimating that geranium for a long time! She's seriously an awesome tank... she helped me wall Jolteon and even Vaporeon's Ice Beam... Meganium FTW! [sprite]154[/sprite]

Not by a lot... I would say they're more or less equal to each other... it's just that one of them hacked his way through via Action Replay (Blue was no good either... he had a hax level 16 Raticate in the beginning ).

I was thinking about Falkner... maybe he is a bit too strong, but I don't want a level 9 Pidgeotto freshly caught off Viridian Forest of Yellow Version while Falkner pretends it is his father's cherished bird to be the prized Pokemon of a first gym! Level reduction sounds plausible though... I'll think about it Maybe if Sprout Tower got remodeled and had more training... it might just work...

I guess after you unlock Silver Cave, then rematches can start for the E4... and the gym leaders might have something similar to Top Trainer Cafe or something... that's what I'm thinking.

I highly doubt it. It is in the order you travel in... so it won't necessarily be in order from Palette Town... but I hope Palette Town gets a bigger role in the remake

That was his original roster. I'm thinking about changing it in his rematch. I took SOME liberties on SOME people because some Pokes disappeared from their original RBY roster so I simply put them in. But other than that, Lt. Surge had those two Electrodes for a reason :-/
