    I reached 12 Pokeblocks for Feebas and yet it never evolved. The first time I tried to evolve my Feebas... I just kept on doing beauty contests with her... and she won! In fact, she even made it to the art gallery in Lilycove... so she was SO beautiful... but just WOULDN'T evolve! It's because she didn't reach the beauty threshold, but still... my Feebas is more beautiful than the others

    It doesn't even have to be 256. It could be 64 + 64 for each region... although D/P were 64 MB and Platinum was 128 (I have NO idea where the extra 64 comes in in Platinum). Yeah, but I'm hoping for big upgrades in dungeons.

    I don't know. Is it really that big? I haven't seen much of that video and it looks pretty much the same. I'd be okay if the towns were almost the same, but the routes are a bit too small (along with the dungeons). If they revamped those (without TOO much modifications for the routes) then I'd be fine.

    But could they do that without modifying the whole core story? Perhaps it was the reduction of levels that made things smaller. I don't know. Maybe I'm expecting routes D/Pesque, but to make things bigger MAY demand great changes. I hope it's for the better.

    I'm really not a pro. The best here are probably Enkidu, randomspot555, Silent Storm, and Greencat. I suggest you continue the Starter conversation if you want to post a "meaningful" post though

    Other than using Pokesav, has anyone found a way to access secret wallpapers for the PC? I found a good site which generates the four words you need to say to have access them. So basically, you go to the third floor of Jubilife's TV center (the building above the Pokemon center with the flashy huge screen) and look for a reporter guy next to a blonde haired lady. When you talk to him, you have to input four words (he asks for two first then two again) and if you get the phrases right, he'll give you a secret wallpaper for your PC. Apparently, it is dependent on your ID number. Your ID number is found in your Trainer Card. Push the X (or Start button) to open the menu and select the option with your name. Your trainer card will show, along with your TRAINER ID. That is the number you want. This idea was first introduced in Emerald, but in there, I think you only get one. I'm not so sure.     It really depends on how you use the starters. Feraligatr in competitive battles has the potential to shred a whole team if used properly (via Dragon Dance set). Back then, though, Feraligatr was the worst Johto starter due to his bad stat distribution. I'll give you that, Gator is definitely the best Johto starter now. It used to be Typhlosion, but some of his useful moves have become physical, and physical isn't exactly Typhlosion's forte. And I'm STILL angry at Gamefreak for giving Typhlosion GYRO BALL... stop giving these Pokes useless moves! (BTW Gyro Ball is useful for PHYSICAL SLOW Pokemon... Typhlosion's EXACTLY the opposite of that)

    You have a strong dislike for everything Floot. Don't steal my niche of being the hater So what do you think about the map for Johto? Do you think it will be bigger than before? I seriously hope so... or else the game will be another short GSC.

    Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey gives the best EXP when fought at level 100. Their base EXP is 255.

    But I REALLY hate Pokemon... I think the biggest turn off for Pokemon haters is the anime. They haven't really played the game and seen how competitive it is. Me too. I'll never understand that. Nor will I understand how Mystical Elf gave all her Attack Points to Blue Eyes White Dragon and raised it up to 4100 without anything. I guess I'll say one thing: "Screw the rules!"

    Even enough to be owned by a trainer. I see. So they have no absolute control over nature and all that. It's probably that whole Japanese Shinto thing. You would expect natural creatures to be the kami (god) over certain aspects of nature, not mechanical golems. Interesting.

    I think I'll have to migrate Milotic from Ruby/Sapphire. It's just so hard finding anything in the lake. And Floot... you seem to hate like almost every Hoenn Pokes? Is it because Feebas is a bootlegged Magikarp?

    I'll agree with you... it IS for kids so it was made that way. But I don't know... something about the anime turned me off. It's as if there wasn't exactly any real danger and the protagonists will always win (which should... but I was expecting more deus ex machina instead of evil electric yellow rodent owning stuff). And really? The Regis aren't considered legendary in the anime? That's really... odd. The poor golems. Their story in the game was so cool. And despite all the strangeness of the first series, Kanto series is my favorite, possibly because of its nostalgia value.
