    How far do you think you'll translate to in V5 KazoWAR? My prediction: Beginning of the game to Goldenrod City, with other key features (ex. GTS)

    Alright, so I need to know how to use this, I want to: 1. Get the script files 2. Translate them 3. Make a patch out of the files to be applied to a ROM How would I do this?

    If you patch it with Rudolph's Anti-Freeze patch, then V4 of the Translation patch, it works on the Acekard and Acekard 2i flawlessly. Hope that helps clear things up. Instructions: 1. Patch the ROM file with Rudolph's Anti-Freeze patch 2. Patch the ROM file with V4 of KazoWAR's translation patch 3. Put the ROM file on the microSD and insert into the Acekard 2i. It should no longer freeze, and should be translated into English. (for the most part)

    @KazoWAR How hard could dialog be? Just do all the important stuff first (rival, professor, mom, pokegear, battle tower, safari zone, battle frontier, GTS) then work on the cities biggest to smallest in Johto and Kanto, that way the translation work would get smaller each time. For reference if you choose to do this I will put cities in terms of Population from Largest to Smallest: Johto: Goldenrod City (77), Violet City (35), Ecruteak City (31), Olivine City (27), Blackthorn City (27), Cianwood City (19), Azalea Town (18), Mahogany Town (14), Cherrygrove City (12), New Bark Town (10) For Kanto the site only had Saffron and Celadon, with populations of 66 and 42

    So I wanted to help out and translate key points in the game to English, which I didn't think to be very hard, I downloaded the script so I could just translate hirigana>romaji>english with Google and some other tools, and reword it to make sense. I have downloaded thenewpoketext and I don't really know where to go from here. I am willing to follow instructions and answer questions so that it is easier for others to assist me.

    I'm interested in learning how to make a patch for HGSS. PM me or reply with instructions on how to use "thenewpoketext" since I require detailed instructions. Also I would like to assist your endeavor to translate the key features of the game.
