You encounter a Black 2 exclusive on a Black 2 cart? If I didn't misunderstand that, there's no problem. However, I don't know what happens when you connect to the Dream World. Probably nothing goes wrong, but there's a chance it freaks out and doesn't work. -

There's a dropdown box above the output textbox that shows each selected Pokémon. If you export the codes to an xml file, the codes are packaged separately (separate codes for the same game), but you can enable more than one at a time.

If you right click Pokegen and select "Properties", do you see the following (attached)? If so, press unblock.

Hm... Weird but I sort of halfway understand why they did that. You should thoroughly read the return policy to see if you are covered if they send you the wrong things, but it might turn out OK. You could also research other online shops. Be sure to find other people's opinions of them first if you do (like on shoptemp.net and gbatemp.net).

You can select multiple Pokémon from a box and export all of those into a single code by selecting "Selected Pokémon" from the code generator window.

Pokemon codes are big, and too many codes will crash your game. So, no (but you should be able to do more than one Pokemon at a time).

What version of Windows are you using?

You might be thinking that Pokegen doesn't support US Black 2 ARDS codes. But assuming you have the codes, it will work on Black 2

Look in NO$GBA.INI and change the setting "SAV/SNA File Format == Compressed" to "SAV/SNA File Format == Uncompressed". Open the game, and save, then try editing.

Are you sure you're looking in the right place? Perhaps you're saving somewhere that requires admin rights when the program doesn't have any?

How is it not letting you save? Menu grayed out, error messages, etc.?

You could try the SMS 4 http://www.digitopz.com/neo-sms4-game-backup-master-for-3dsndsndsi-p-1132.html Or the R4i Save Dongle http://www.digitopz.com/r4i-save-donglebackup-the-3dsdsids-game-save-data-p-1109.html I haven't actually used the R4i Save Dongle, but based on a screenshot and my experience with the SMS4, it should be way easier to use, but it lacks the feature to backup ROMS that the SMS4 has (however, you shouldn't really need that). Since you have the original DS, if you have a flash cart and compatible Wi-Fi, you can use homebrew tools to backup the save. (Or if you have a slot 2 flash cart and slot 1 pass me, but you probably don't). The links I provided are to Digitopz. I've bought from them before with a prepaid gift card, and they did a good job. If you prefer to use paypal, you'll have to contact them as their website doesn't support it.

For DeSmuMe, File -> Import Backup Memory (or something like that). For No$GBA, it should work if you just overwrite the save.

A flashcart (like an R4,but there are better options) would probably be best with your DS lite, if you have compatible Wifi. If you would rather have an Action Replay, you can still do a lot of things, but only overwrite what is on your game. You cannot view your save and make small adjustments (thouh you can look on your game and enter that info). Long story short, flashcart + WiFi = save editing, Action Replay = mildly limited save editing + other things (walk through walls, any Pokemon can learn any TM, and a variety of other fun things for almost any game).

Only the 3DS compatible Action Replay will work in the 3DS, but the codes are the same throughout all DS systems.
