2. http://projectpokemon.org/wiki/Pokemon_NDS_Structure Aaand there goes my perfectly round post count of 1000...
3. The one master aqua posted is not a Black (U) code. It freezes when I press L+R. The code should either work, or there IS something wrong with Pokegen. Here's what I did (in Pokegen 3.1.9): 1. Open Pokegen 2. Tools -> Mystery Gift 3. Opened .pgf"]the PGF file. 4. Pressed the To Save button ("<"). 5. Tools -> Code Generator 6. Selected Pokémon White 2, and checked Mystery Gifts, and chose L+R as the activator 7. Pressed Generate Here's the result of Wondercard 1: Looks a little familiar, doesn't it? Also, this thread doesn't belong here. A super moderator or ReignOfComputer should move it to the Save Editing Help section or perhaps the Pokegen Bugs section.
4. Can you link to the post that contained the code?
5. 1. Right-click a Pokemon > View Data 2. Make changes 3. Right-click same Pokemon > Set 4. Then save the file.
6. For Pokémon Black, you can try this: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?6524-Pokémon-Mystery-Gift-Editor-(v1.4.3)-(now-with-B-W-support!) For Pokémon White 2... Could you post the code you are using?
7. If you are using the non-DSi Action Replay, look here: http://us.codejunkies.com/support/article.aspx?article_id=372 If you are using the DSi Action Replay, look here: http://us.codejunkies.com/support/article.aspx?article_id=439 If neither of those help, contact Datel Support. (Here for the US/Canada, or Here for anywhere else).
8. Unfortunately, no. With a DS/DS lite, a flashcart, original cartridge, and Wifi, you could run software, remove the flashcart then insert the legit cart to backup the save over Wifi. But, the DSi and 3DS remove power from the DS slot when the flashcart is removed, so you will need additional hardware.
9. Are you installing the drivers from the CD or from the official site? Whichever you are, try the other.
10. How are you telling it to find the drivers?
11. There isn't a Pokesav for Black 2. You either used Pokegen, or screwed up your save file. That's why you should always make a backup of the working save file.
12. Are you editing the *.dsv file directly, or are you using File -> Export Backup Memory first? If you are using File -> Import/Export Backup Memory, then maybe you can upload the save file.
13. Thanks for the link! I updated the first post with that link, a mirror, and credit to you for providing the link.
14. Please post the codes so we can have a look. If they are long, use
15. File -> Open If you don't have a save file, look here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?16601-How-to-Backup-Restore-your-retail-cartridge-save-file-(D-P-Pt-HG-SS-B-W-Nearly-any-other-DS-game)
16. On quick reply, press "Go Advanced". If you scroll down, you should see a button that says "Manage Attachments".
17. I recently upgraded to Windows 8 preview, and had a very hard time installing the drivers for the SMS4 and NDS Backup Adapter Plus. I wasted half my day trying to sign the drivers myself yesterday... [Edit] I found how to permanently disable driver signature enforcement: Source If you prefer not to use the command prompt, you can use this more user-friendly version, but you have to do this again if you restart your computer afterward: Source Install your unsigned drivers AFTER doing either of the above. [Edit] I have successfully used my NDS Backup Adapter Plus on Windows 10 using the same steps as listed here (the advanced startup, not sure about the permanent way).
18. It shouldn't matter, but a 136 byte standard pkm file is probably the best choice.
19. No luck yet, but I'll keep trying. I'll have the latest results posted here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?16601-How-to-Backup-Restore-your-retail-cartridge-save-file-(D-P-Pt-HG-SS-B-W-Nearly-any-other-DS-game)
20. You're probably thinking about the SMS4. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?16601-How-to-Backup-Restore-your-retail-cartridge-save-file-(D-P-Pt-HG-SS-B-W-Nearly-any-other-DS-game) By the way, I just upgraded my computer to the Windows 8 preview. I was just about to test the SMS4 then the NDS Backup Adapter Plus, and I'll be sure to let everyone know the results.
