    There are no users who registered with that IP nor are there any posts posted with that IP. According to whois information, the IP belongs to some French guy. (Probably not relevant.) And looking at the member list, I didn't see any usernames that were obviously similar to yours. Maybe another mod or admin will have further input. But at least they didn't actually get in to your account .

    There's no way to know how good the checks will be until the bank is released. There's a chance it could exceed Pokecheck if they tried, but based on previous hack detection on their part, it won't be much more than now.

    If your DS lite has compatible Wi-Fi, you can use Pokedoc's tool linked to in the first post. In case it doesn't work, you'll need to DLDI patch it. DS Organize includes a DLDI patched version of itself for the Games 'n Music, which is basically the ARDSi. Launch that, and use it to run Pokedoc's tool. Don't use it for much else as DS Organize can easily corrupt your card. If you don't have compatible Wi-Fi, you'll need a USB Adapter (I recommend the NDS Backup Adapter Plus). If you don't feel like spending money on that, since you can use ARDS codes, you can try to recreate your Pokémon in Pokegen.

    It's probably fine to switch it, but it's recommended to switch it back if you want a secure connection (so hackers in the area can't connect and possibly spread viruses).
