    (SHUCKLE FTW ) Hmmm... Now that i actually have information and not just looks to go on, i'm going to have a tough time choosing. Though it'll probably be Oshawott, since all my friends will undoubtedly choose snivy.. Apparently, the spiked part of it's forearm shell armor is the swords hilt, the rest serving as a sheath.

    My first Pokemon game was Pokemon Crystal, so the classic 8-bit beeps and boops are my preference. It brings back alot of old memories.

    Bleh, I kinda like Snivy.. but the others just don't click with me. Doesn't matter much since i always rename my starter. Though i still wish they'ed have put more thought onto naming them..

    Great! I hope it has decent stats. (Lol) Although, i'll probably end up placing in the box and never using it, just like the rest of my Wifi event/ gamestop pokemon.

    I wish they'ed just show the final stages and tying of each. Then i'd be more enclined to fully commit to one.. Until then it's tsutaja.

    The more i learn about black and white, the more i love it! >_< which is a 180 from how i felt about a month ago. This N character is very intriging. Trying to liberate pokemon from human control? Brilliant! But is he on his own or is he a leader of one of the new organizatons? For that matter, has it been confirmed that team neon ana team plasma are bad guys this time? Maybe there are Good and Bad teams this time around..

    Perhaps the collapsing tower pinned his wings during the fire? And if lugia had been there at the time of the accident, it would've most likely been prevented all together.. o_o though that makes it seem more like some one waited until Lugia has out to launch an attack on his trio.

    I think the new teams are going to be team neon and.... >_< well i don't remeber the other now. but yeah, it's shaping up to be another generic nintindo pokemon game.

    T.T looks like no light type... oh well, i'm interested in the fact that the professor is a female this time. maybe the player will be her son/daughter?

    Shuckle is due a new Forme/evolution. (Shuck Norris? ) maybe a bug/water type with slightly better HP and bigger move pool?

    exactly! maybe a pokemon photographer or something just visiting his old hometown. the characters are older now, so why not?

    Actually the anime is based off the games. even the manga were out before the anime. but as far as them not changing the main plot, i see it as a definate posibility. of coarse, the player will most likely still get a starter and dex from the resident prof, unless the people behind the game actually come up with some originallity. maybe the player could live in the city and be called to his/her home town for some celebration or something and then rescue one of the three pokemon after they are stolen from the lab. and maybe inherit his (grand)father/mothers dex.(after a convenient loss of data) thus giving the player another reason for trying to complete it.

    the third i caught on FR was a shiney rattata. o_O seems like those aren't as hard to find. though since Rattata is so common it's not surprising people find one more often.

    a big hope for me before any detail of each game was revealed was character customization. but that doesn't seem to be an option. but atleast give the new characters a different beginning. i mean, through all four prevoius generations(with the exeption of collosium and ) we've been forced to play as a some kid living in a small town, devoid of even a pokemon center or mart, who helps out some crackpot prof. and starts out on a quest, BLAH BLAH BLAH. Maybe th player should start out as a bachelor in a big city somwhere? maybe even hiun city?

    I think banning SR is the same as saying "don't use strategy" or "I don't like it because its too hard to deal with"(which it's not). I've went up against plenty of SR users, and it's never been a serious problem for me. well enough trained pokemon teams shouldn't have to worry about it, rapid spin or not. so in terms of should we ban it? I think not.

    Torchic was my choice. although i like all the staters, the end result of Blaziken was to much to resist

    I think Absol deservse an evolution. it's such an awesome pokemon and has a pretty decent movepool, but it's stats are subpar to it's potential. it could be called Absoleut? just maybe..

    Exactly. Having them take control of trainers as pawns and seeing the tactics each use in the conflict with each other would give better insight to their respective thought patterns. that combined with the players own discovery/research would make the legends(which are usually the main focus of a majority of the games plot) alot easier to relate actual emotion to. and maybe the defeated leader of the rival group could go on to become the champion.
