  1. http://projectpokemon.org/pkm
  2. does it error out or anything? you click start gts and then what happens? it starts for a second and goes immediately off? you're just sending to yourself, right? you filled in your ip address at the top?
  3. it does if the poke was caught in the wild in dppt or is a non-roaming legendary.
  4. e: wait, when it says "ip of the real dns server", it doesn't mean yours. it mean nintendo's server. your ip shows up there and not nintendo's(208.67.222.222)?? what does the windows error report say? somewthing seems very weird because i've helped a few people set this up and nothing like that has happened. might want to try the original hypergts, it's somewhere in the miscellaneous forum. it has the dns and gts built into 1.
  5. try this: go download the ninjask pkm from pp.org's pkm archive and then edit it to have 31 in all ivs and use this for a PID: 3047369563. all that leaves you to do, if you even want, is to look up dates/seeds in rng reporter that all 31s can happen and plug one into the met and hatched date. that's kinda taking it far, but if you're really concerned, you might as well.
  6. you need to run the gts part and the dns part. are you downloading the modified version at the link i posted above? there are 2 downloads if you look. 1 is for hypergts and the other is for the dns server to make hyper gts work. start hyper gts and pick your pkm/folder of pkm then click "start gts" . once that's done, start the dns server and just answer yes to all 3 questions it asks. it's a lot more steps than sendpkm, but it's a lot nicer and can send a folder of pkms at once.
  7. grab pokegen, open the pkm in it, and generate an ar code for ss.
  8. if you're talking about setting up the dns portion of that, you're just sending to yourself, so don;t bother with the public/private switching. you should be fine if you say no. e: say yes to the other 2 questions and say no to that one. if that doesn;t work, say yes to all 3. it'll do the setup right, it's pretty smart.
  9. hypergts is better in every way: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?10323-Modified-HyperGTS
  10. any combination can be inputted, but not all combinations are available on all days. you would need to use rng reporter and find out which days your iv spread is available using theoretical parents. you would also need to look up a pid, but you don;t need to worry about the date as much since"met" and "hatched" are part of the pkm, not "date egg was spawned at daycare guy".
  11. *nevermind, sorry, missed the line before the pkm.* yeah, just make a note of the date you used in case someone questions, i guess. other than that, looks good. VERY close, but that shiny PID can't exist for you on that day or any day nearby. find one with rng reporter. it's easy using the "shiny egg" tab in the built-in time finder. e: if you did use rng reporter(and just picked a date far away from the hatch/pickup date) and you're seriously concerned about someone proving that you hacked it, just write down the date you used when you searched for shiny PIDs.
  12. you can also create them in pokesav/pokegen and send them to your game via sendpkm/hypergts.
  13. reason why it should/should not have a sync associated: i'm not sure exactly which pokes should and shouldn't have a sync check, but that's an ok start. if zapdos is a roamer, it doesn't, if it's not, it does. for example, i have an rng-ed cress from plat that doesn't have a sync. e: and also, apparently legal.exe has a few false positives and you just need to prove a certain spread is available through rng reporter. e2: the zapdos on pkmdb has no sync. not sure how reliable that is, though.
  14. you can use 62971/25547 for the tid/sid to make that pid shiny. e: or do the suggestion above and hit the button. i just knew that one offhand.
  15. from a command prompt in the xdelta directory with all the files you need pasted in there: xdelta patch patchname.patch binaryname.nds

  17. double post
  18. the few that i've looked at have been the same as last gen. i.e. adamant = 0x03, timid = 0x0A, hardy = 0x00, etc.
  19. seconding this. no issues with an ez-flash vi.
  20. are you saying that you save, but the changes don't show? if so, yes you can. change the extension back to .dsv and paste it over your current one. or, once you save in pokegen, delete the .dsv, paste the new .sav into the folder, and run desmume again. it will use the .sav since there is no .dsv.
  21. i signed up for this and only participated a little bit. will i still get an eeveelution? if so, i'm playing on a flash cart, so i'll definitely capture my 3 saves.
  22. sorry, i thought he meant dsv. my desmume states are always .ds1, .ds2, etc.
  23. if it's a 4th gen game, you can just open it in pokegen and re-save it.
  24. in what way is it not running? errors out/won't start/can't extract from archive/etc.
