But doesn't it usually wear a costume? From what I can tell, it is no longer wearing a costume. Are you able to remove the costume in-game? (also your description of female Pikachu issue is not accurate.)

It just means your old Melmetal was probably always illegal to begin with, it's just PKHeX wasn't updated to deal with it. So you can use an old PKHeX, but just know your Melmetal would still be illegal, even if it appears legal on an older version. New PKHeX added various ball (LGPE vs GO->HOME) and date legality for GO mons. So that probably is the issue you're facing. Wanna make a Melmetal, then make sure all conditions are satisfied. The GP1->LGPE->SWSH is probably your best bet, since the date of capture is correct. You just need to ensure the other details, such as ball legality, matches LGPE's usable balls. If you don't know how GO->LGPE IVs work, you probably don't wanna mess with them. Since GO legality is complicated and tedious, once you make a legal Meltan and Melmetal, don't make anything else that originated from GO. That would probably save you a lot of headache. :3

Your Pikachu is Cosplay without the clothing. Is it even possible to take off the clothing?

Your save is saved different from a legitimate carts, so most save editing methods won't work. I don't have the expertise in this area, hence it's better if someone else that knows can jump in and help. (one of the reasons why it's better to have it posted in a public area). The next best thing I can think of, is cheat codes. Check if you can use Action Replay/Gameshark on your cart. If cheat codes work, then able we can do something bout it.

pretty sure PKHeX in HAX mode can convert down. It won't be legal, but it can be done.

The entire file is pretty much like this, filled with garbage data. So your save isn't really a save. Either your dumper is doing something wrong, or your cart is a fake cart.

Hint: Green box determines whether the current handler is Original Trainer or Handling Trainer. Hint2: It is not logical for the details of the current save to match the Original Trainer. Thus, who do you think the current handler is? :3 Check whether Modify PKM info is checked in your settings. If I'm not mistaken, it should be checked.

That's not the case. That's also what Prejie was talking about (to some extent, tho he was only talking about moves). yeah chances are the base relearn move issue is because the mon doesn't exist in SWSH. Others shouldn't have that. you still need to upload the file so I can explain it. It's still a legality issue. It's only part of the problem. There's another problem, which hopefully you can resolve after I explain it to you. However for me to explain it to you, you need to upload a pk7 and pk8 of the same mon. I hope I won't have to ask for them again. seriously.

Well to be clear, it's that the PID & IV combination doesn't match wild encounters. For example, using the PID of your Slowbro, at a glance, I could tell that none of the IVs on it matched. (of course, we could have used those IVs too, but there's no guarantee that PID matches the proper encounter slot etc) It's easier to Gen mons in Gen 5 and above; don't have to worry about this kind of stuff. No worries mate :3

Yeah so you had two things (not) going for you: a) PIDIV was invalid for wild encounters (so PKHeX determined it was an egg) b) Future Sight TR was not checked (hence PKHeX determined it was a gen 3 egg move)

Also I just noticed: why does your Slowbro have a Gen 3 egg move (future sight)? If you want to teach it a TR, you must make sure the TR table is checked. That's probably another reason why it won't flag legal.

Nah bruh. TID/SID in this scenario is for shininess determination, and in the grand scheme of no-shiny locks, it doesn't matter. What matters is your PIDIV combination, together with choice of Poke Ball. It would be pretty simple for me to give you a PID and IVs for Slowbro, but the question here is: Do you give up, and do you want to be spoon-fed? Or do you want to persevere and generate your own legal PID-IV combination?

Either Search via PID - Wild Encounters or Search via IVs - Wild Encounters while ignoring shininess. Only then do you change the TID/SID to match shininess.

you must be trying to go for almost flawless IVs or something. It only becomes tedious if you're too restrictive with the options..
