Use this thread to contribute events as they are released and collected. Please submit the pgf file as an attachment in a zip file. Use Pokegen to extract pgf files from your sav file. Feel free to add screenshots, and Event/Wonder Card descriptions in the post, if you like. Please also state how you obtained the event itself. Please submit some photos from the event location as well, preferably of any poster with the distro information on it, or of the location itself. DSi and 3DS have a built-in camera, so that shouldn't be too difficult. It actually looks like he has selected the third option, IR, in that video. The sound of menu beeps goes along with that, but I can't quite make out where the cursor is (meaning he could have pushed Up, Down, instead of Down Down). The location of the distributing DS would also seem to back that up. What menu option does BW use for GBA distribution?

The thread was deleted because we don't need a collection of generated pokemon with external download links. There is already a Gen V pkm contribution thread, and that thread is for pokemon actually caught in the game.

There are only international entries for non Generation 5 pokemon.

The odds that someone actually obtained these pokemon legitimately and traded them away are extremely low. The odds are even lower that said person would take legitimate event pokemon to trade on serebii. Each strategy guide and therefore each pokemon cost at least 800yen.

No. Since there is no English DW yet, these would not be legal. If they were on the original Japanese cart, they would be fine.

Don't bother. I don't see how it's possible for you to have "fully legit" English Dream World pokemon when the English Dream World has never been launched.

As far as I know, desmume doesn't use a Battery folder. Is there a dsv file in the main directory?
