  1. Uploading all these events to the new Gen 4 and Gen 5 download categories is making me nostalgic of D/Pt/SS/B/W2.

  2. Hello everyone, I'm theSLAYER, your events moderator and forum manager here! First of all, I'll like to thank everyone for their contributions and co-operation thus far! How To Contribute: Wondercard file (WC7/WC7FULL) Extractions can be done via PKHeX or using NTR method (recommended, especially for local events) Requirements for such contribution: 1. DO NOT SUBMIT EDITED/HACKED/FAKE WONDERCARDS 2. Photos of redemption, with proof of user identity (some card with your username) 3. Context: ie. Self obtained? Location? Was it crowded? Collection Process etc. Upcoming and Missing Events: Please do not submit Powersaves extracted entries. edit: table removed. We'll update when we see something. Event Files: Our individual files can be found at our on-site Event Gallery! If you know how to download files from Github (not sorted by region), an overall archive can be found here on our git page. I regularly move old posts to another thread, to prevent cluttering of this thread.

  3. Following our recent hack, we’ve finally restored our infrastructure: the forums have been migrated to IP.Board, and we’ve brought back the wiki. Special thanks to our entire administration team, @xorhash, and @ReignOfComputer for helping to set things up. Invision Power Board Invision Power Board (IP.Board, IPB) is a state-of-the-art forum software with a better security reputation than vBulletin, which we used to use. As vBulletin 4 approached EOL and clearly showed its age, we were considering how to proceed: with vBulletin 5 or something else entirely. The choice, as you can clearly see, has been made. Some of you have already asked why we didn’t choose the software du jour XenForo. This is due to a few reasons: peer, our new technical administrator, has worked with XenForo in the past and repeatedly hit its (and peer’s) limits. We had an IP.Board license readily available, whereas we’d have had to purchase XenForo separately. Looking at the track record of vBulletin for security, and seeing how XenForo is mostly the old vBulletin guys starting a new project, there were security concerns. If you have any questions about using Invision Power Board, please create a thread in the Forums Feedback forum. Staff Changes Due to concerns in real life, @Alpha has decided to no longer be the primary administrator. This means he’ll still be around, but will be less active than usual. We thank him for his hard work maintaining Project Pokémon, and his absence is a loss to Project Pokémon. Helping to fill his place will be myself and @peer, who is our new technical administrator. Furthermore, we’d like to announce the promotion to super moderator for @Kaphotics, @SciresM, and @theSLAYER. Data Loss The hackers deleted a large quantity of data, including some of our more recent backups. As a result, we have lost one year of forum attachments and a up to a few hours of forum posts. The good news is that @theSLAYER, our event moderator, has stockpiled generations of events and several programs, so the situation could have been far worse. @peer is looking into setting up automatic offsite backups to prevent this from happening again. Hashed passwords are still in the wild. We strongly encourage you to immediately change your passwords here and everywhere you’ve used the same passwords. While hashed passwords are not supposed to be reversible (i.e. your password shouldn’t be able to be derived from the hash), vBulletin’s hashing algorithm is very weak, making it that much more important you change your passwords. The Future Let’s not let the data loss get us down; it’s time to move forward. With the recent release of Pokémon Sun and Moon, there still cool things to discover, technical details to be researched, and ROM hacks to be created. (Not to mention there’s some cool stuff going on in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon side of things - more on this later.) As a reminder, the User-Submitted News forum was introduced a few weeks ago to help bring attention to things such as updates to Save and ROM editors, ROM hacks, and other cool stuff worthy of the front page. If you know of anything noteworthy, post it there so it has a chance to be seen by all! Closing Statements We would like to, once more, apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our staff, create a thread in the appropriate feedback forum, or ask in our IRC channel.

  4. Unfortunately no. I hope Maveon comes back at some point to clear some things up (Mystic ticket being downloadable in non-English roms). Also, Purin confirmed to me that he personally brought a emerald english cartridge to the old sea map distribution and it was not compatible, so the Old Sea Map is and will always be a Jap only thing (unless nintendo goes and does some weird virtual console stuff, but I personally don't think that would apply to non-VC games anyways). The egg wondercards...they will be the most difficult to get, since other ("better") events came after them and people most likely throw the wondercard. The only hope is people who could backup their saves back in the day I guess, or luckily finding some stray person who stopped playing but got an egg event.

  5. And I was wondering why there was "231" as an extra data hidden in the Wonder card. turns out it was bundled with Lucky Egg!

  7. G'day guys, with Sun & Moon coming out soon I thought you might want to have a living dex ready in the bank. I've used the Mass Editor to change OT TID and SID so they're not mine any more. Not sure what will happen with the event pokemon (don't need them for either charm anyway). I've attached the file here, I hope. First time uploading a file here. Let me know how you go. 8. Most event Pokemon comes with unique OT and TID, even if it looks normal. (Like Harry or Alexander) the database Pkhex compares to is the wonder cards that has been released Nintendo, which also appears to be the Whitelist they're using.

  9. My attachments had been deleted after the hack. The app is back up now!

  10. The only saving grace is that the original mystery mews had 1 unique trash byte. With enough time and luck I could probably figure out the pattern for the extrapolated mews also. I don't think it is worth it, and it won't stop people from selling clones or faked mystry mew carts. I know the original download is gone, so I'll find my copy and upload if needed again.

  11. Yes, it's as simple as just removing one line of code.

  12. Magearna's event is not a wondercard, there's nothing to extract -- it's actually a hardcoded in-game event. Here're some QR codes, though: Legitimate US QR code: Legitimate JP QR code: Legitimate EU/AU QR code:
