It appears that it didn't pass because it was captured in Platinum.
I modified your copy's Origin game to Diamond, and it passed.

However, I couldn't get the exact copy or modified versions of @SwagKey's Shiny to pass.

So strange, Poke transporter seems to not have any logic.

I even test again the Odd Eggs today but nope they still don't pass with their event move.

Thanks for your efforts anyway.

I think in this case, there might be some logic to it.
I've observed that most gifts that were meant for DPPt have the origin game set to "Diamond",
which was probably a preset on the wondercard (as opposed to having the Origin game follow the game it was received on)

For example, this Arceus was just received in-game on Platinum using the Wonder Card,
but it's Origin Game says Diamond.

So that was probably taken into account, for "what Arceus can be allowed"

@theSLAYER So in fact it's a false positive, it shouldn't pass ^^

Glad to learn it, with that excepted every other blocked Pokemon is because of a special move (Dizzy Punch babies, Amnesia Psyduck, Surf Pikachu, Charm Snorlax, Charm Bulbasaur, Aurora Beam/Supersonic/Barrier Staryu, Baton Pass Farfetch'd, Head Smash Nosepass).

There are also oddities with DP Darkrai/Shaymin as said earlier in this thread.

That's probably why Diamond HoO Arceus pass.

I've also read instances of Void Darkrai only passing from Diamond, and Void Shaymin completely being unable to pass,
which is probably related to this.
As far as I can tell, all Gen 4 Darkrai events sets origin game to Diamond.

Shaymin is the harder one to explain;
There has been Movie Shaymin events (that has the same Set to Diamond limit),
so it doesn't account for why Shaymin wouldn't pass.
They probably added an extra check, for who knows what reason.

[As a side note, Oblivia Events are all set to HeartGold. That matches the trend for most events that can be distributed to HGSS.
Additionally, PKHeX doesn't check for this, presumably because this effect isn't properly documented.]

That's because they failed the move whitelist.

AS long as a Pokemon has a move that isn't in their "moves they can have" whitelist create by GameFreak, they won't pass.
Not that we have access to their whitelist

Even with Fateful encounter checked and/or at lv50?

Well, Diamond/Pearl Shaymin isn't supposed to get the Fateful Encounter checked.
so I'm not sure if anyone tested for that.

(I'm looking at it, from the perspective of getting these purely by glitches, no cheats inputted)

I tested it and yes it must have Fateful Encounter checked to be transported, lv30 is ok however.

so that's it. at least we now know whats the difference

So let's recap, in order to be transported:

-DP Darkrai must come from Diamond, New Moon Island and lv50

-DP Arceus must come from Diamond, Hall of Origin and lv100 Edit: shiny don't pass

-DP Shaymin must come from Diamond, Flower Paradise and fateful encounter checked

Additionally, I can't seem get Arceus to be shiny.

If I'm not mistaken, Darkrai might be allowed to be shiny (we should check that)
Lastly, It'll be good to check if the Shaymin can be shiny too

Darkrai and Shaymin pass through not Arceus

That may be true from what I've seen, but for some reason when I skipped over PK5 and converted it straight to PK6 Pokebank saw no issues with it. I assume its because one of the checks was eliminated in the generation shift for it to see nothing wrong.

This was also how I got my shiny Shaymin and Darkrai into Pokebank as well.

eh, there is more or less no checks when depositing PK6, or PK6 -> PK7
If your Shiny Arceus was a PK6, it would explain how you got it into Bank.

That wasn't what we were concerned about; our concerns were always using Poketransporter from Gen 5,
cause that's where the checks are..

[Once again, I'm coming at this is from a glitching perspective.
As much as glitching isn't technically "legal",
at least it can be done without any kind of save hacking or external hardware intervention.]

Oh, that's nice to know!

It does make it a shame that the only shiny Arceus that can be legally put into Pokebank is the Japanese Hoopa one. :(

Out of curiosity: did anyone make a PK5 ram dump of the Suicune/Entei/Raikou that was used in Lostlorn Forest Zoroark event in BW?

To clarify:
If I'm not mistaken, how the Zoroark gets disguised, is that they had to generate a legendary beast in an "hidden" slot in ram,
then the Zoroark Illusion will be based on that legendary beast.

(which is why when the shiny lock removal code is used, it's possible to encounter a Zoroark that has the shiny Illusion)

I just did that but there is only Zoroark in the enemy party slots. The game must take the data somewhere from the ROM.

But if so, SRing wouldn't generate a Shiny Suicune Illusion right?

You would think that the easiest implementation is to use a preset PID, and change Species based on Beast in party.

In my opinion it's just a sprite used temporary, not a real legendary generated.

Also there a plenty of projects in progress or to do such as:

Moon  Unused Pelago Vullaby to get (easy) maybe @Poke J ?

Colosseum Japanese Demo to explore (easy)

Shinies in Pokemon Ranger (average)

Beta Tyranitar picture in Mobile Trainer (average), maybe @ajxpk ?

Colosseum 21st card to force-load (hard) maybe @StarsMmd ?

Event Hidden Grotto to recreate (very hard)

We need as much help as possible to complete them.

Does this even exist in public? I haven't seen it yet. I guess it is the same as the EU/US one though.

Yes, in public I ignore but the fact it exists in demo discs in EU/US let me think it's the same for Japan.

What I expect is to find clues about the Extra Shadows and the cut content. Maybe I hope too much, anyway I'll take a look at later.

if so, why would it become shiny?

Well does the Zoroark trick occur with a non-event one? (in a randomizer for example).

That's probably the reason why there is no wild one in gen5 and directly Zoroark in gen 6/7.

You should also try Imposter Ditto with that event to confirm or not your theory.
