I'm Trying to get Mew to Pokémon bank but it doesn't let me. I check pkhex and this is the problem. I will love to get this mew to Pokémon home.

This Mew was available for cartridge games way back when. Not for the VC versions. Injecting a cartridge save into a VC game isn't exactly legitimate, so there is no possible way to get one of these mews into Pokémon Bank legitimately. You need the GF Mew from the 2016 distribution if you want it to go over.

So there no way to change that mew to be like the one from 2016. Only the GF can be trade to home.

If you change it (OT/ID and DVs), it will be the same one, so you might as well just grab the original file. Gen 1 Pokémon are very basic, data-wise.

Got it. 

The only thing I did is change the OT/ID  to GF 22796

Then went I sent to Pokémon ultra sun I just change it back to the original trainer ID and name

Just throwing this out there for others to know. Gen 1 and 2 cartridge events are not legal outside of gen 1 and 2 cartridges. Even though you edited the Mew back to its original trainer data it is still illegal because a Mew with that information can not legally exist in the gen 7 and onward games.

Outside of the Gamefreak Mew for VC, at present, any Mew events from retail carts would be illegal on newer generations.

By editing it again, you made it illegal. Any decent hack check will detect it now.

I have this spanish Mew

OT: D-J

ID: 60130

DV: (2 hp)/6 atk/4 def/3 speed/8 special

But I don't have any certificate of authenticity, I did not go to the spanish tournament in in Madrid July 14, 2000. This Mew was given by a friend, it was a clone.

Are anyone interested in the .pkm file?

Seems the forums are down, I might have saved a copy of it, waybscknmachine only has the first page. Ultimately I contacted Pirk and was able to dump his mew around 2016.

Pirk did assure me he got it at the tournament in madrid and he only ever had this mew, but in 2020 ryuko2002, which has already posted about this st azureheights forums, appeared and he still had the mew from the tournament (he did participate). That mew has OT EUROPE and did have the official DVs, so the question is.. where did this D-J mew came from? It is very very widespread.

I'm curious about what region in spain did you get this mew at, may I ask you to twll me tell me via PM?

 

EDIT: Since both Pirk and ryuko2002 said the mew was distributed via direct trade, my current theory is that this D-J mew was a hacked/glitched mew that somehow made it to the distributor's cartridge (someone traded a hacked mew for an official mew). The distributor then unknowingly traded the hacked mew back to someone (since you can only see species names at the trade screen) and this mew happened to be cloned multiple times and spread afterwards as an official mew...
