yeah, every pokemon i have is legal. but my worries are the home tracker. normally, pokemon from gen 1-7 needs to go to Pokemon Home first via (Pokemon Bank) before it reaches switch games When these gen 1-7 touches Pokemon Home, they receive a Home Tracker. My question is, using pkvault to move pokemon from gen 1-7 to switch games will not have home tracker. What will happen if i deposit these pokemons to home from switch games (without a tracker)?

Hi @marvinstrife, if I understand correctly you have to create a compatible version (a copy) of your pkm in PKVault. Then move it to your save, that's all. Just be careful with your pkm legality. A warning is displayed on your pkm if there is any legality issue, in this case it's your responsibility to fix it using PKVault and/or PKHeX.

Hello, im trying in like 5 days to try to understand why i cant open this file in PKHEX. I download the save file from a GBXCART (i also did it from fire red and emerald and everything goes well) but when i try to open the save file i got an error message, is anyone capable to help me to explain what i have to do, or correct my save file? What will happen if i move pokemon from gen 7 and below to switch games, and from switch games to home? Normally Bank>Home>switch games Is it possible to Bank>switch games>home Because theyre not going past through pokemon home, so theyre not going to have home tracker. Thanks

Use the drop-down inside the batch editor to see the list of properties. GroundTile Not sure why you're using the batch editor to modify stuff; is the Encounter Database not usable?

@theSLAYER im batch editing mons on platinum, specifically i want them to make look like theyre hatched from eggs. the strings i used are: .Version=Pt .Ball=4 .MetMonth=3 .MetDay=22 .MetYear=9 .MetLevel=0 .IsEgg=False .EggLocation=2000 .EggMonth=3 .EggDay=22 .EggYear=9 but i dont know what string should i choose for "encountered on" field. when i manually change it as "None" to 1 mon, it became legal, but i dont know what string should i use for batch, i already searched for solutions on google, gemini and chatgpt, but i cant find the right answer, i also looked to the past comments on this thread but didnt find information about it. hope you can help me, thank you very much.

Thanks for the report @Andrebarrzz91, this is because on its creation Shedinja shares the exact same ID (and others stats) with Nincada. This is a very specific case so I guess I'll make an exception in ID generation for this species. This is a quick fix to do, so available in next release which is coming soon !

I'm having an issue, the app is preventing me to move my Shedinja from Alpha Sapphire to the box because it shares the same ID with Ninjask, what i have to do? The only solution i've found was to catch another Nincada in-game and evolve it to transfer the new Shedinja into the box

I found out that Mt Travail can be beaten by quicksaving and entering back in! Dunno why but I beat it that way. Also, is it possible to disable speedrun/god mode? I triggered it to try it out but it's so boring I wanna play normally

Hey guys I want to buy another switch to modded and be able to extract save to use PKHex as I don't want to mod my OLED switch. I wanted to ask before I purchase it the only thing I want to do in Pokemon Sword and Scarlet is getting master balls if I inject like 300 of them or so through PKHex will I get banned when I use my sword/scarlet game on my stock switch on the internet?

hello i have aa question about pk3ds for real hardware and NOT for citra emulator i followed instructions from multiple youtube videos and was eventually able to modify my game files with pk3ds and downlaod the patched game on the 3dds but when i try deleting the original game and downlaoding the patched version the gift i get is blank and has no name and when its oppened the game icon is just a black square with no name when i click on the game the screen turns black and it has an error on the bottom screen" {errdisp} press any button to reboot" do you know why this could be happening or how to fix this issue sorry if someone alreaady asked and you answered it but i really need to figure this out

Yes, this is the save file that my GB operator output as a backup. This save took place in the Lilycove Pokemon Center on the second floor. Thinking the save file was alright, I then took a second save I did not back up outside of the Pokemon Center. I then attempted to load the backup save as a test only for it to fail.

At the start of Explorers of Sky, they hardlock you from doing certain missions sometimes, or it can just decide it doesn't generate a mission for either boards. It's base game behavior.
