I dont know if many can help me, but I've heard of a "Hold R walk 1 step to get a different color egg from day-care" cheat for platinum, can anyone confirm this for me? If so, can I have the cheat?:confused: Thnx:bidoof:

Ok so Im wondering what makes a hacked pokemon a bad egg in PBR. I know one reason, if the IVs and EVs are too high. I want to use my Celebi, but it is hacked. I didnt IV and EV hack it and my friend used a Pokemon modifier on his Diamond and traded to me. The only thing unlegit about it is that it says that it was Apparentley met at Mt.Coronet and Lv.13" Would I still be able to use it in PBR offline?

erm jus wondering...whats the secret ID about??and i keep getting bad egg when i try to get a turtwig using pokesav.i set everything and got the code but it gives me bad egg.any suggestions??

From the first games for GB know of the existence of this "pokemon" produced from a programming error of the game or intentionally (as in the GBA versions) Now the main question .. Is it valid or not this "Pokemon" (It may be legal because the game NOT generated naturally) .. The funny thing is that there EXIST in all games (All pkmn versions,PBR, MPR & PKWalker) and is perfectly playable and stable .. I open the question as I am intrigued by the fact that there pkmn in the game and has his own pokedex number (494 and 495) besides "name" Egg & BadEgg If you want I can post it (it passes tests of legit) to see what it thought.. Ok, I looked on these forums and there wasn't a Pokemon Shiny Egg Guide, so here it is. Firstly, find the pokemon you want a lvl 1 Shiny of. Catch a Ditto, and put it and the other Pokemon into the Day-Care. Next, you'll need a site that says when, roughly, the eggs will hatch, like http://serebii.net/pokedex-dp/ Now, save once you get 1 Number away from the egg hatch Number. Now walk forward until the egg hatches (This may be about 200 steps) When the egg hatches, don't move, and look at the number of steps. Write this down. Turn the power off, then on. Now, go to the number before that, and save. Now, walk forward, and the egg will hatch. How cool is that? Now, if it isn't shiny, soft reset (L, R, Select, Start) and keep repeating the process. This may be pointless with a terrible pokemon, but with something like a Magikarp or Feebas, it will be your saviour! Note, I do not own Serebii.net, nor do I work with them in any way.

okay i downloaded the manaphy eggs files and i got was the pgt file and the pkm file of the usa manaphy egg i dont know how to properly add it in the pokesav, like the corresponding number is 0, i heard thats not good, can someone help me how to properly put the egg? again, could not find any threads that relates to my problem.

hi new here, forum searched, looked faq/youtube and still confused Anyway, having problems making eggs (or getting them to show up in the game at least). So Im wondering what it is that i seem to be forgetting. Where you are in the story doesnt matter right? Just started, w/5 balls after the catch show the girl does. So say I wanted to make X, starly egg I guess in this case. What boxes do I NEED to cover in order to get this to work out. Im not looking to make something overpowered from the start and what not, just a normal pokemon to hatch.

People have told me that eggs and PIDs have nothing to do with eachother. Would a hatched pokemon still be legal if you made it's PID match it's IVs?

I'm not sure if I posted this thread in the correct place but anyway this is where I am going to inform about egg moves and other things about breeding. It is one of the things in Pokemon that I know a good amount about. Plus, I feel that the community may have been deprived exactly of how egg moves work. Although I think bulbapedia has some good information on this stuff sometimes their site doesn't work plus they aren't exactly always accurate and I've gathered a plethora of information throughout my web research and my own personal field testing. I will elaborate in another post, because isnt this just the info on the actual thread. Sorry I'm kind of knew to this. I hope I have helped so far, make sure to post your comments and questions please!
