This save file has been set up with ACE to be able to shiny hunt any Kanto or Johto Pokémon in Pokémon Red using the fossil conversion glitch. The current Pokémon to hunt is Ho-oh, though it will be explained how to change it to any Pokémon (except Celebi). This save file should only work with the English version of Pokémon Red (including 3DS VC), though it is also possible to perform it on Blue and Yellow. The OT has been changed to PPorg. If you want to use this save file for the original Game Boy version, change the extension to .sav. This glitch allows to change the Pokémon that you can recieve from the fossil researcher in Cinnabar Island. All the required stats for each species can be found in the Generation 1 Shiny Tool, where you will also find a guide to set up manually the fossil conversion glitch. This save file is exactly in Part 10 - Step 15 of the guide. If you are hunting a Johto Pokémon (with a few exceptions) it is absolutely recommended to read the remaining steps in order to peform ACE to change the type of the Pokémon. How to use Once you have transfered your Pokémon to Gold/Silver/Crystal, you can perform the following ACE codes to clear the received flag and/or change the species of the Pokémon: 0101A3D7 (Clear the received flag) 01XX10D7 (Set the species of the Pokémon, where XX is its internal ID number in hexadecimal) The codes have this format: 01XXYYZZ XX: the number of Lemonades you need to have in the inventory. YY: the number of X Accuracies you need to have in the inventory. ZZ: the number of Carbos you need to have in the inventory. Once you have the exact amount of each item, double check you have the same item amounts as in Part 12 - Step 2 of the previously mentioned guide (except Lemonades, X Accuracies and Carbos), and use the "4F" item to perform the code. Keep in mind that, for example, "D7" is "215" in decimal, the exact amount of the item you should have. what event flag or constant I should edit to make possible to revive the old amber and helix/dome fossil in FR/Lg?I could recollect the again editting pkhex event flags, but I could not to revive them in canabar city. thanks for any help.

I am trying to move my shiny rowlet from pokemon legends arceus to pokemon scarlet but when i drag the rowlet from one save to another in pkhex the rowlet shows up in scarlet as an abomasnow. this abomasnow has nothing in common with my rowlet and is invalid. if this isnt a bug or is something im doing wrong please let me know

The tm man got glitched in emerald other time based events do work though after i put my save from my flash cart onto a real cart there is no way to edit this value in pkhex it seems to reset it .

Hey guys, I wonder if someone could help me! I was doing a Shiny Ribbon Quest with a Heracross - I traded her from my Emerald cartridge to my Sapphire cartridge - The trade was fine in Emerald so Heracross left the Emerald, but, the save didn't save right in Sapphire, so the save file was corrupted, and it's restored it to a previous save. Since it still says the save was corrupted, I was hoping she still existed somewhere in that data, so, maybe it could be restored, or, failing that, able to be pulled from the party to the box, or something! Can ask this I want to glitch carbon copy a certain Pokemon in SWSH if he/she has ribbon after glitch carbon copy the ribbon it will copy also?

I hope this is the right topic? I have a 4 4 hy and need to trade it to gen 2 (or just get it out of Gen 1!) but the stupid gen to "this pokemon is abnormal!" message stops me. I know its because the typing doesn't match but how do i get around this or fix it? Actually, I could change them to Bulbasaurs with that one glitch Pokemon and use PkHex BUT no save editor will open my save!! Ive been trying for 2 years to do this i still have no luck so please can anyone help? -
For some reason after i edit the save file in PkHex then export it and import it on DesMume it still shows it incorrectly (Male cleffa shows on pkhex/female cleffa shows on desmume) Any help? here i send the save file pokemon platinum2.sav -
Hi. Is there any way to remove the BDSP glitch abuse flag from my Pokémon? It is appearing on loads of them on my save so it’s stopping me from trading with my friends.

hey can someone please help me so the problem is my mew i got it from a glitch in pokemon blue vc and when i open my save in pkhex it says that its a invalid pokemon and it says "unable to match encounter from origin game" "fateful encounter with no matching encounter could mystery gift be contributed or something like that can somebody help me out without changeing its ivs from shawn 0151 - MEWMEW - 687B.pk1

So there's this little known glitch in Pokemon Emerald where if you trade with either Colosseum or XD it automatically plants a Cheri Berry next to the Berry Master's house that never fully grows. Unfortunately it happened to me and now I can't plant anything there, but since I have access to my save file I was wondering if there's a way to use PKHeX to remove it. Any help is appreciated! -
when i edited my colosseum save it put my play time to 00:00, not sure why but it wont let me edit it to what it was can anyone help me please, heres my file 01-GC6P-pokemon_colosseum_00.gci

In pkhex will the glitched pokemon home mystery gift rowlet cyndaquil oshawott chimchar piplup and turtwig be illegal or legal? Im asking this because they appear as japanese when its on english accounts

When I attempt to load Manaphy from the encounter database in Legends Arceus it is immediately flagged as illegal without me editing it at all. The error massage reads: "Invalid: Initial move mastery flags do not match the encounter's expected state" None of the info for this Manaphy has been changed, this is straight from the encounter database, and no matter what I change about the Manaphy it won't become legal. This only started happening after the latest PKHEX update. I attached a screenshot of the error along with the unaltered Manaphy file for anyone who can help me figure this out. 490 - Manaphy - Illegal.pa8

This is a Wild Area event held by Sword and Shield. This event gives players a 2% chance to find a guaranteed Shiny Tyrantrum in 5-star raids. I found a glitch in pkhex that happens when trying to save a transferred pokemon as a pb8. When saving the pokemon as a pb8 any changes to it's moveset will not be remembered, even if those moves can be obtained on the pokemon in BDSP. Only changes to the moveset will not be saved, everything else will be. This glitch makes it impossible for any pokemon transferred to BDSP to have it's moveset changed using pkhex. I have a before and after screenshot of the pokemon's moveset, along with the pb8 of the pokemon I tested this with. Before is what the moveset looked like when I saved the pokemon as a pb8 (I altered the moveset while pkhex was set to BDSP) and after is what the moveset looked like after opening the file. I have read about the inject den method but since hosting for others is no longer an option, I figure if I can just skip that and gen the glitch mon directly. So I just wonder if PkHex can do that and whether I need to do anything special since I haven't used the program in Gen 8 yet. For context, I'll borrow a friend hacked Switch to gen the missingno and then trade it locally to my normal Switch.

Randomly found this "weird" thing, I am not sure if its working as intended, as I recall just like starters, you can get these only in a Poke Ball, so while the Archen/Archeops is correct and says illegal when trying different balls, Tirtouga/Carracosta is the opposite, I can change his ball and it still appears as legal. Tried on an older version (20201024) and still same issue. Again I can't recall exactly but just the fact that they areobtained in the same way and one is legal and the other not kinda confuses me, I report anyway just in case! Tried with almost every ball (other than Cherish Ball) and its still legal Thanks for your time!

I am curious to know whether people believe acquiring an event mew in VC1, then using ACE bugs to change its DVs so it will be shiny when pokebanked, should considered legal.

There’s a weird “glitch” for emulators (or at least the one I’m using) where let’s say you have Pokémon Gold and Silver. (Only games that I’ve tested that work for this glitch) If you save with a .sav file in Silver (let’s say you caught a Ledyba, which is a version exclusive) and then open Gold, just to import the Silver save, it’ll work! Then if you caught a Ledyba, you can also catch Spinarak and catch both version exclusives! This is helpful if you want to catch all version exclusives (not necessarily complete the Pokédex) without trading! It also works the other way around I assume, so if you have a Gold save you can import it to Silver. Some other things to add is sprites will be of the version you imported to, and it will have the title screen of the version you imported to.
