    I would say that at least he had a list of types for people to look at. I mean although you can find one in game at least the guide had something useful. I hate to say it, but I somewhat agree with the three posts above mine. Creating a team is not all about covering up type strengths and weaknesses. Although I would say it is an important component it is not everything. It is important to have a balanced team with pokemon whose moves back up their stats. Plus, you did not even mention what those pokemon's roles were for. All you did was post your team and their move set really. You should include: ~a list of types and their basic strengths and weaknesses ~roles for pokemon in building a team and give examples ~EV training, mention it, it is a huge factor in building a team ~A list of natures! These are huge when training your pokemon for a certain role ~A bit on breeding would not hurt either, with breeding it is easier to get the nature and moveset you want using previously trained pokemon ~egg moves ~move tutor ~your team and how it stacks up with its strengths and maybe weaknesses ~some pokemon suggestions and why ~plus discourage hacking if you are going into the field of competitive battling A guide should mention these things so that you can properly inform noobs (no offense to noobs we all once were one) on how to create a team. Plus! you should not defeat this guide. It is a proper way of how not to do it! Plus, with these comments someone else can build a guide and build it right!     Yeah, I know that they are busy and I know I can find this info I want other places. However, I would really like there to be one here so I don't have to have multiple tabs open to a thousand different sites. If it is all right here I can navigate easier rather then having to figure out each and every site design to find my information.

    Well, our sites pokedex is currently being worked on and we even have a full list of all the 493 pokemon currently. However, for now there is no information on them. I'm hoping that this will come soon and if there are any updates on it I hope they will be posted here. I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of our pokedex and if you are too or you don't think it matters much post your comments here.     Enkidu is correct. Without a description and specific roles for your pokemon then it is hard to help. If you want to give your pokemon roles I found Greencat's guide really helpful click here to go to it.

    That was some great info! I am so happy to have finally given my drifloon a category name. It is definitely a sweeper! I'm glad you posted that GC i was always confused on what those titles meant.

    Indeed, if you dont have a good starter then it can mess up your whole game. Mine is a drifloon. It knows moves that enable it to last long and cripple the foe. I recently battled against my brother, although his pokemon are not strong, my drifloon lasted long and destroyed his first two pokemon. My drifloon isn't even fully trained but I know we can totally own. You see by having moves that effect the foes status, like thunder wave, hypnosis, sing, ect. you are able to cripple your foe. Plus, by giving your pokemon a move like stock pile it gives it the ability to boosts its defense so high that when your foe does get to attack it hardly does anything. Then you need a way to take advantage of your foes status ailment. My drifloon puts its foe to sleep using the egg move hypnosis. It also knows dream eater which gives it the ability to heal itself and take advantage of the foes status ailment. I make sure though to boost my defense before I do the attacking so that I'm harder to kill. Also, I've trained my drifloon in special attack therefore it has a week defense. So since I can heal myself, foe is asleep, my defense is increased, I'm doing significant damage, and with high HP (drifloons are HP naturals) and speed (speed is boosted thanks to nature) I am really hard to bring down that to me is a good starter. Someone that can easily bring down lots of your foe's pokemon giving you more room for air throughout your battle. I hoped this helped! I think if your ninetales can take advantage of status ailments easily and can cover up its normal weaknesses then it makes an effective starter.

    Sigs are not always bad if people use them correctly. I've seen some nasty and disturbing sigs though. Not here but elsewhere....
